Very knowledgable and professional. Price was fair. Results were incredible. They are definitely the company to call for radon remediation!

Things went great. He came and took samples and gave us the results and that was it. It was a good price. We were basically checking prices and when they can come, so it was important to us that they could come fast and if the price was reasonable. He came and took the sample. He interacted with my husband but from what he told me we were happy with them. We got the results back in 3 days.

Went as expected. The service guy was professional and prompt. No issues.

Eric came out to give a quote, and was very professional, immediately able to identify the cause of the mold. Explained the process, was very knowledgeable about different mold removal solutions and their effectiveness. Was able to provide me an itemized quote explaining each part of the job. I was well researched on the topic, and know there are many different ways to approach mold removal, but I received two other quotes from other companies, and ProTech was the most competitive. They scheduled me in quickly, and the technicians were professional and polite. They were very careful to prevent any damage to the floors and walls surrounding the entrance to the attic. Their services come with a 5 year guarantee that the mold will not return.

We called Protech for a quote a year ago (ended up not buying the house) and were so impressed with Jerry that when we finally got a new home and needed mold remediation done for our home we were selling, I called Jerry back up without hesitation. Jerry was very thorough with his quote and his team delivered a completed job without any problems at all. Part of the work included extending the bathroom vent fans up through the roof. Originally Jerry only saw two, but when Protech came out to do the work they ended up finding a third. Without us knowing, they went out and purchased another vent and did the third bathroom vent fan as well for no extra charge. They could have easily ignored this and left it, but instead went above and beyond to do the job right. After the work was completed the team cleaned up after themselves, put everything back, and it was if they were never there.

Very Professional. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs help with Mold Remediation, Radon Remediation as well..

Since this one was so expensive I did get another company out there to prepare the prices list. What I liked about this company is that they did everything because the other company said they only would take care of the mold part of it. Protech repaired the problem that caused the mold as well as did mold removal so I really like them for that and it cost the same.

I was extremely pleased with the courteous service provided by Dave and Jason from Protech Environmental. They were prompt in general, called when they would be late due to road conditions out of their control and appeared to have a thorough knowledge of how to remediate the problem areas in my home safely. They let me know how things could be done safely allowing for a minimum of disruption to our home. They removed part of a living room ceiling and then replaced the drywall, a corner in a closet with subsequent drywall replacement, treated and skim coated a bathroom ceiling and treated the attic. They were very careful to protect furniture etc in their work areas and cleaned up well when they were done. Unlike other quotes that I had gotten for the same problem, they did not blow the problem out of proportion by suggesting work that did not need to be done. Their cost was a fraction of the price suggested by other mold remediation companies. While I hope I never have a mold issue again, I would not hesitate to use the company again nor to recommend it to others.

Little Pricey relative to other quotes, but they did a good job, cleaned up well and found ways to route the pipes within my desires for minimum intrusiveness.

Jason was very courteous and helpful. He and another man were very clean in ripping out three corners of our home that had a lot of mold on them. He was knowledgable and shared that with us. We got another quote and it was 4 times as much for the same work performed. They were quick in their quote and in the work performed. He also identified why we had the problem-a lack of insulation in the very corner. Thank you, Protech!

It didn't go well at all because I was hung up on. That's the epitome of rude and I have to have an inspection done but it won't be done by these people.

Inquired about radon testing. They provided great info and options in regards to getting a radon test kit from the County or having them do it. They recommended I go the kit from the County route unless I was trying to sell the house. That is amazing that they didn't push me to get service through them.

Gave us advice on how to tackle the job, and a referral for someone who could replace the tile after we tore down and replaced the walls. Advised us on the proper respirator to wear while doing the work to protect our health and what products would work for our situation. We really appreciated his honesty as he could of just gave us an expensive quote like the other company we called ($2800) He was also very accommodating to our work schedule, and came the very next day after we called.

Jerry came out and gave me an estimate in 2 days after I called. Besides mold treatment in the attic they also added vents under the overhang, pulled back the insulation to improve the air circulation and extended exhaust bathroom vents through the roof. The workers laid out plastic to protect the carpet and floor and they cleaned up after the work was done. Good job.

It went very well!. All was done according to the original quotation and even though we had a miscommunication over the scope of work, they went the extra mile and fulfilled our expectations. Jerry was easy to get a hold of by email (and phone) and was the most knowledgeable contractor we had quote the job. I am the type of person that does extensive research before talking with anyone and do believe mold remediation is subjective as there are a number of ways to tackle the issue. His (Protechs) approach made the most sense for our situation and the cost was competitive.

He was very thorough and explained the process of remediation and also showed me pictures of the attic to let me know how bad the problem was. The workmen arrived at the scheduled time. They were extremely professional and polite. They made sure that they laid out the plastic so that they did not dirty the carpet. They finished the job and cleaned up after them. I would definitely use them again.

Protech was prompt. They did the work in the allotted time and even gave us a reduction over their quoted price. The technician explained the system and the guarantee and patiently answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with their professionalism. They left the work area clean.

They arrived at the expected time and did very clean work. They were able to find a spot for the pipe which didn't mess up anything in my finished basement, and which is unobtrusive from the outside. I especially like the way they put the electrical wire to the fan in its own conduit which they routed very neatly. Their website is very helpful, and if you mention that you looked at it, they give a $25 discount.

Called to get an estimate. Gentlemen asked a few questions about the house and gave an estimate of $895. I wanted them to come out so we could discuss where the pipes would be. They are too busy to come out. YOu have to schedule the work and then they will tell you what they will do. Bad karma here. What if my job is more complicated and thus the price goes up? I would have no recourse.

Kevin & Bob arrived within the timeframe specified and went right to work. Kevin did the interior install and answered all of the questions I had about the system (and I had a lot of them). Bob completed the exterior masonry work and the brick penetration looked great. Both installers were very professional and wanted to make sure I understood how the system worked. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of radon mitigation services.

They are very attentive, nice people to work with. They focused on the problem, I paid 3000 $.

The arrived on time on the designated day. They were cheerful and polite. The work took about 3-4 hours. My only regret was that the only place they could find to install the exterior pipe was on the front of the house and it is rather ugly. This spring we shall paint it to match the house so perhaps it will blend in a bit better.

Protech Environmental did well. I wanted to make sure that the house we were getting didn't have mold and it didn't have mold so we were fine. The guy was not able to do the basement because he did not bring the equipment to do it but he was fine and I would recommend him.

I called, talked to someone and they said the mold expert would call back. they never did.
