Description of Work: Installed a Radon elimination system. The initial system, which was installed outside to the exterior footer drains, reduced the Rn levels by about 50%, but we were still above the EPA limit. Protech came out twice to installed a larger air pump, which further reduced the levels but still did not get quite below the EPA limit. So they next installed a penetration through my slab to the interior drain tiles. After a few weeks of operation the levels have stabilized at about 25% below the EPA limit. The extra work required to get the Rn level below the limit (which is their guarantee) was at no extra charge - the issue of additional costs never came up. Protech staff were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and on-time every time.
