He was very late showing up and got lost getting to the property and didn't call to tell us he was running late. We had to call him and ask him where he was because he was so late. He seemed frazzled and disorganized and not really knowledgable about the area the house was located.
Description of Work: Appraised a family home and land that needed to be sold to settle an estate.
