We're very happy with what they've done so far, but we just listed.

It turned out well. Their agents were responsive and helpful. They were willing to show us whatever we wanted to see. We didn't end up going with any of the houses we saw. The houses we saw in our price range were not what we were looking for. It wasn't their fault. We really liked one of the agents.

We were in a rush to find a house but did not have a realtor. An acquaintance recommended Jean Wedemeyer. She called us back the same day and took us to see 6 houses by the next morning. I've met a lot of Ann Arbor realtors but none as good as Jean. She rapidly understood what we were searching for and provided a great deal of good options and detail in short order. The Reinhart Company "email viewer" is very effective way to shop. Jean then showed us the houses we wanted to see the next morning with zero pressure and made shopping fun. She walked through the homes with us as if it were just as fun for herself as it was for us, but never pushed an opinion or steered us. Instead she probed and listened to find what we liked and and didn't like. Clearly she is experienced at evaluating the mechanical, local, and aesthetic value of properties. She is the perfect buyer's realtor!
