Description of Work: She did an excellent job cleaning and the house smelled wonderful when she was done (next time I hope she has a lemon scent but the grapefruit was still nice). I wish I woulld have purchased the 6 hour package vs. the 4 hour package so she could have completed the entire home.

Description of Work: I hired them for 6 hours of cleaning service. They came late because of an address error, so I don't blame them for that, but the cleaning was only adequate, not the best. They finished before the 6 hours were up and asked several times if there was anything else they wanted me to do, but since I was immobile having just had surgery I really couldn't direct them well. Many things in my kitchen could have been cleaned--like the outside surfaces of the refrigerator and dishwasher and the sides of the kitchen island, but they didn't get touched. The floor, which was cleaned, had a dried piece of cereal still adhered to it. I am using them again because I still have 1 1/2 hours of cleaning owed to me. They will have a second chance and I will be more mobile so I can direct their efforts better. I will give a better review in the future if it is deserved.

Description of Work: The service company owner lady and I met at our place to go over the job. We negotiated on a price and a start date. However, one day Prior to the service, the lady called me to tell me that her business has picked up and she won't be able to offer her services anymore unless she charges substantially more. We ended the deal right there.

Description of Work: Paola (owner) and her staff came to my house and cleaned for several hours using Paola's homemade aromatherapy products which smell amazing. She is reasonably priced and very attentive to detail. I am always pleased with how my house looks and smells afterward. It's a real lift to have someone you trust to do a good job, come into your home and deliver every time.
