This time when we asked for a quote they had doubled their price. They do a very good job.

They are very good. They are very thorough and the house is always clean and smells good. They make it nice to be in. They have a real attention to details.

They cleaned the house perfectly. They basically did a good work. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.

It is a 1,100 square feet house. Everything has been going pretty good. Initially for doing everything over in the first few times, they charged me around $600 and now it is $75 every week. Their price seems about average.

Same day service! Called Friday afternoon and two people came out Friday evening and completed the job. Everyone was very friendly. Very satisfied with work that was completed.

I really liked their approach after meeting them and decided to use them. They have been excellent. They have good prices and good service. The cleaning crew is excellent and they are a small local business. They do an excellent job cleaning and use all green products. They take a lot of pride in their work, which I think is rare for cleaners. I will continue to use them on a regular basis.

We've used them, loved them, and used them again. We pay $150 per cleaning, they come the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, or $300 a month. They are really a nice group of young women, they're funny, blast loud rock music while they work, and they love our animals as we have a lot of cats and dogs. They keep their eyes on any potential repairs, tell us about it, and leave little notes saying you might want to pick up more paper towels. They're awesome. I give them excellent ratings and will continue to use them in future. They also email us once a month to see if we want anything special before they come and sometimes, bring fresh cut flowers. It is ran by an entrepreneur, she is about 25, and they have assigned Candy to us because of insurance reasons. Candy always shows up first, about 8 am in the morning, they assigned 2 trainees to her and they came, Christiane, the owner came, and helped them. Candy always keeps a book and writes down everything. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

.the first time they came out the sent 5 people for 5 hours to thoroughly clean my house and they were good but, I felt the missed some things that first time and I put them on a list and when they came back the next time they clean them. they are a little expensive and I figured it out and they are charging about $33.00 but other than that I have been very pleased with them

The initial clean we had done in the summer of 2011 ($200 for a 2 bedroom apartment) was EXCELLENT. The team did a great job and the house was really clean, I was so happy. All of the laundry and dishes were clean and put away, the house was completely dust free and the kitchen was spotless! From that point on, it was mostly downhill...Each week there were problems. I quickly found out they have no ability to organize toys into labeled bins. They hang my tights up in the closet, instead of putting them in the drawer with the other tights. They hang up shirts inside out on pant hangers. They only replace SOME of the towels in the bathroom with clean ones. They can't identify "kid stuff" that needs to be put in my daughter's room instead of left in other parts of the house. They stuff the dryer so full the clothes are still damp and seriously wrinkled when I get home... just silly stuff. My dishes and silverware were sometimes put away correctly, but this was also very inconsistent, which makes it clear to me the same team was not cleaning my house each week. The dusting was good most of the time, and after I complained, the floors were spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were mostly done well, except for a few occasions when the toilets didn't make it the 2 weeks between cleanings (more like 3 or 4 days). The shower would also get mildewy sometimes between cleanings which made me feel like they weren't doing a good job every visit and I'm not sure the tub was really scrubbed at all, just spayed and wiped. According to the owner, all of the furniture was being vacuumed under every week and she was happy to complete any additional tasks we needed. She failed to mention that if I requested any "extras" that would come at the expense of my regular items. For example, if I wanted them to wipe out the fridge or run a couple boxes to the basement, then they would not "have time" for other regular services. It took me meeting with Kristi Ann and having a couple long phone calls and emails with her to figure these things out. I wanted this to work so badly because Kristi Ann is very sweet and I love that they use green cleaning products, but there were just too many problems and too many hoops for me to jump through. I just wanted my house cleaned, every two weeks, no fuss. I've had house cleaning services before and it was so much easier. I'm looking for someone who understands I don't have time to rehang the clothes in the closets, reorganized the toys, and "meet" on a regular basis to "discuss" what needs to be done at my house. Today when she came to drop off our keys, she was 30 minutes late for the prearranged time she chose....

The estimate for the "one time" clean was astronomical. I've had several housekeeper / cleaning services here in Michigan and also in California; no one has ever asked for half of what A2 Green Clean wanted. Their weekly rate was reasonable and within my budget. They were not, unfortunately, willing to budge on the one-time fee.

They come every three weeks. They do a good job. I trust them coming into my home. They are very conscientious and friendly. They are good with my cats.

Kristi is a very upbeat person with attention to detail. Her crews are efficient and dog friendly, which helps. They arrive, clean and leave the place spotless.

We did a bunch of stuff around the house. They do a great job. I've been using them for 3 months and it's such a relief to find a great company like them. They are very thorough and personable.

She did a wonderful job. Kristi Ann is very upbeat and caring, and loved our dogs. I’m pretty sure she uses “green” products. I got way more than I paid for. I’ve already recommend her to two other people.

They are very warm and reliable; they never miss their appointments. They always go above and beyond to do even the little things that may not be in the scope of their work. They even do little things like spraying the flowers, for example, which I think is pretty cool. They do a good job, and overall, the quality of their work is topnotch. I can tell that they take pride in what they do. I pay them between $70 and $80 biweekly, which covers my whole house. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are incredibly good at what they do. They were very punctual. They will be here again this Friday.

Kristi is an excellent salesperson and I was very excited about hiring her. She spent about 45 minutes in my house describing all the areas that her company will clean. I loved the products that she was planning to use and her attention to detail. And she was pretty responsive with my email follow-up questions. And then came the price--$1400 to do the initial clean and $160 for bi-weekly cleaning for my 3,000 sqft house. I believe she is probably offering the "gold standard" cleaning service but unfortunately her prices do not fit in my budget. I would contemplate her service if you are truly have no time to clean yourself and you are detailed-oriented person who expects every aspect of your house to be clean.

The first time went very well. They prefer to do a thorough cleaning the first time around and it involves 4-5 people coming out to do the work. They were very thorough and clean. They did everything from dusting all of the shades to taking the trash out to the curb, it was trash day. They basically did everything they felt was necessary to eliminate all the dust in the house, my wife has a lot of allergies. They did the laundry, they dusted all the shades in our house and we have a lot of shades. They dusted the cupboards, washed the floor, cleaned the window sills and all the trash in the windows were cleaned. most of it had to do with eliminating dust. While they were there they broke something, it was a faucet and they called a plumber right away to get it fixed on their own dime. They were very responsible at doing that. On an ongoing basis they are going to start cleaning every other week. I'm paying a premium because I'm paying for a trust factor that I think is there.

Amazing! They were prompt, professional, thorough, speedy without compromise, and pleasant. Everything is clean and shiny...which is a minor miracle as we find ourselves with four cats currently. Really great job! I've already got plans to hire them again!

Our experience with this company was a great disappointment. We had read the extremely positive reviews on Angie's List and then met with the owner, who made an extremely positive and professional impression. As the reports had indicated, she seemed genuinely committed to providing us with excellent service. During her first visit, she pointed out several areas that needed better cleaning and indicated that we had not been receiving the best service from our previous cleaner -- and promised us that she and her team would do a much better job. We decided to take the plunge, so to speak. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake. A few days later, after some delay responding to our emails, she wrote that she could provide the deep clean at a cost slightly above $1500, and then biweekly cleaning of $170 for five people for two hours each time. She was flexible regarding the price when I told her (all via email) that this was much more than we had expected (given what we had read on Angie's List), and also much more than we had been paying at this point. But, given her enthusiasm, her promises of excellent service, and the reviews on Angie's List -- as well as her fair negotiation of a price somewhat more along the lines of what we were willing to pay ($1200 for the deep clean, but also for ten hours instead of fourteen, and $20 less for the biweekly cleanings) -- we happily decided to hire her company. A team of four or five women, who were all extremely friendly, professional, and considerate, arrived for the deep clean. All in all, they did a very nice job. But there were also a number of relatively minor problems: some of the wooden furniture had a streaky residue, for example, a night light had been damaged, our coffee grinder was "stuck" after the parts were cleaned improperly replaced, rubber cleaning gloves were left on the fireplace, a duster was left on our daughter's bed, and most of our pictures and paintings were crooked. The owner graciously replaced the grinder, and also offered to replace the night light (we refused the latter). She also took care of the other items - which were, admittedly, quite minor. But a couple of strange things took place: I pointed out to her a spot of dirt in the kitchen behind the garbage can, told her that I had complained to my wife that they had not caught that, BUT THEN admitted that I had myself been unable to get the spot clean. My point was that I understood that there are limits to what can be accomplished. The owner missed the point entirely and reacted very defensively: she told me that my "complaint" about the dirt surprised her because it suggested that I did not have sufficient confidence in their abilities (!). I was making just the opposite point entirely! Later on, I heard her comment to one of her co-workers that this was typical, that customers only notice the negative and not the positive things. I mentioned this to her when I saw her later, and she seemed (rightfully) quite embarrassed that I had overheard that. I assured her that my wife and I were extremely happy and grateful for all of the great cleaning they had done, but that we also wanted to clear up any misunderstandings from the "get go," so to speak. She apologized, told me that one of them had been ill (I forget exactly what she said), but that they had been having an "off" period because of that. In addition, she told me that she was able to clean that spot behind the garbage can after all! I was glad to hear that -- but also perturbed by her suggestion an hour earlier that my expectations were perhaps too high... Our next cleaning two weeks later went very well, but issues arose again during our last cleaning last week. Several days before the scheduled day, I wrote her to ask if they might come a bit earlier because we were going away for the weekend and had to leave by noon. She kindly said that that would not be a problem, but that some of the team would come earlier and that they would all be done by 11:50. Well, one person showed up a little before 10 am, and at 10:30 none of the others had yet arrived -- to my great disappointment. Once they arrived, I spoke with the owner and decided to let them stay after I left because I realized they would not be able to do a proper job before I was to leave at noon. When my wife returned two days later, she found a number of problems: they had forgotten to lock the sliding door to the yard (which meant that our house was open all weekend!), they left the AC on downstairs even though the owner said she would shut it off, they did not clean one room at all or the basement stairs, and they left the large rug overturned in the living room. Again, all of these things (except for the open door) were relatively minor. But taken together, and given our past experiences, we were again very disappointed. I sent Kristi a list of these things: she responded to my email immediately and sent someone to take care of these things the very next day. All well and good. But then... Several hours after the person left, I received an email from the owner informing me that she no longer wished to work for us. I was truly stunned. After all, we had invested $1200 in a "deep clean" because the owner had said that after that initial, admittedly high investment, it would be much easier to maintain the house. Had I know that we would be "fired" after two additional cleanings, I would have never invested so much money in the first place. What a very strange and unprofessional reaction on her part! She came to our house, promised us that cleaning was her passion and that "good" was "not good enough" for her, and said that she would work with us and give us the best service possible. She forgot to mention that we were not allowed to voice any complaints or concerns! My wife and I feel extremely cheated by this company. The owner delivered a great "sales pitch" and I feel as if we were taken in. I have written her twice now asking for a partial reimbursement but have not received any response. I should also note another thing that was a cause for concern: according to her listing on Angie's List, she accepts credit cards and checks; in fact, she does not accept Visa but says that she is in the process of "setting this up."

Whether your needs are light to unbelievable, I would highly recommend A2 Green Clean. In our case it was the latter - a home that had forty-seven years of family living. Kristi Ann is an excellent manager with a matching staff. They are jewels.

Kristi came, inspected house and then worked up an estimate and emailed me with it. I decided to go with it and we set a time via email. They arrived on time and went to work!

Beautiful... my house had needed a deep cleaning for a long time and this was it. I have felt better all week walking around my clean home.

I've never met anyone who approaches cleaning with as much gusto and passion as Kristi does. I was not at home while she and her employee cleaned so when I returned it was a such a dramatic difference. The job she did on my basement blew me away--her detail to attention and the level of organization she displayed were just two areas in which her professionalism sets her apart from other cleaning services. In some ways, I consider her an artist--like she takes a snapshot in her mind of how clean and beautiful the space can be and she brings it to fruition. The fact that she uses organic supplies are another plus--the smells are refreshing, not like some toxic chemicals. If you are prepping your house for a special occasion, Kristi is definitely the one to call. I plan to use her services on a regular basis and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

The entire cleaning experience was positive, from start to finish.
