So far, the experience has been excellent. The owner was on time when it came to the "interview", prepared, made a thorough tour of the house and asked in detail what I needed done and what was off limits. The subsequent cleanings have also been top notch! The crew comes on time, leaves on time and the house looks perfect when I come home. She's great about communicating about emails and accommodating to changes in schedule. The price is a little on the high end however experience and age have taught me that "you get what you pay", this service being case in point i.e. excellent service for a (little) higher price.

The 3 women were fast and did a good job. They worked around me very nicely. Subsequent cleanings will cost $75 and I intend to have them here every 3 weeks.

I think she needs to be more honest about their prices. On Angies List the average cost was no where near what she was telling me it was. She wasn't even willing to come see my house before she quoted me such a ridiculous rate. If you don't need the business why waste peoples time. I am very busy and frustrated I spent time finding this service, talking to the owner setting up a consultation all to find out it was a waste of my time.

Meeting went well I declined the service based on astronomical estimate.

Amazing Service. Kristi and her team are very professional, reliable, and thorough. They take very good care of our home and truly make it a personal experience by following through on any and all special requests. I have used four different cleaning services over the last 20 years and can tell you by far that a2 Green Clean is by far the best I've dealt with. Even if they aren't the cheapest quote you receive, I can tell you with certainty that you'll quickly realize that price isn't everything! This was very short notice but they pulled it off very effectively and efficiently. Although they were not professional packers they did an excellent job of getting the boxes packed and organized for the movers. Could have never completed it without their help. They were very willing to help in any way they could. Very refreshing customer service.

They are without question the best house cleaning company I've ever encountered. The owner, Kristi Ann, is so responsive and sincerely cares about the work her company does. She really does love cleaning and is such a genuinely nice person. I think her cleaning fee is higher compared to some companies, but she is so thorough that we would never think about changing. Her fee is well worth the personal service her company provides. Her fee to clean our house, which is about 1600 feet is $175 every 2 weeks. I'd give her company an A++. My wife and I love her.

They are really great. They fit with my schedule well. The workers will personally let me know of any issues that may come up during the job. I am at work when they do the work and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there. They bring their own supplies and do not need to use mine. They also leave some supplies at my home as well incase I need to clean as well.

They (Kristi, Emily and Jen) do a really nice job. When they are done, the house looks and smells clean. They are very thorough and do not cut corners. I like that it is the same crew each time. We have a typical day/time and confirm the visit a few days in advance. They are also accommodating to schedule changes planned in advance. They are also accommodating around the holidays - ask in advance about holiday plans and if there are any special cleaning needs around the holidays. This is my first experience with having someone come into clean my home. I like the fact that they are a small, local business. I know I pay a little more than some of my friends, but the price is well worth it! I am very comfortable with them inside my home and extemely satisfied with their service.

Kristi Ann returned my call the following day, and we scehduled a time for the following week. She was late because of traffic but called to inform which I appreciated. She was extremely professional and organized. She was concerned about my needs and my family's needs. She took very detailed notes throughout the meeting which was reflected in the very thorough quote she provided me. The quote was higher than I expected, but the list of services was also longer than I expected. We considered it for over a week and determined we couldn't fit it into our budget at this time. I would very much like to hire them in the future if resources allow. It was a very positive experience overall.

I like to clean and like to think I am pretty thorough when I do it and in the past I have had a cleaning company come to my own home a few times over the years and I always found places that were missed--easy stuff like around the toilet or countertop areas behind the faucet. After Kristi and her crew came in and cleaned (and they had a lot of cleaning to do, this was no small task), I could not find any area untouched and I even looked! Everything was done. It was unbelievable. And it smelled wonderful afterward. I cannot say enough how a great of a job they did for my parents. When my parents came back that day after everything was done they were amazed and so happy with it all. Not only did Kristi do a fantastic job, she also came through for us on short notice. I realize this may not always be the case, but in any event, it all worked out perfectly and I would recommend this company to anyone. Great work!

We met Kristi and her assistant manager during a bidding process where we interviewed 2 "mega-franchise" providers and this local owner-operated business for home cleaning. We needed a "Deep Clean" to set a new baseline, followed by every two weeks to get to the things we didn't want to get ourselves. Other reviewers for all cleaners had cautioned me about the deep clean fees, and they are a big ticket, but after swallowing hard and saying yes to the estimate, the deep clean was an amazing value (a crew of 5 worked about 6 hours on my house, 30 working hours, for about $30/hour/person). I looked at it as catching up for the two years I had not had anyone really dedicated to cleaning my house like it needs to be. Big price up front, huge reward, . . . deep cleaning. For the bi-weekly cleanings, owner Kristi communicates with us and, when needed and possible, she lets us move around the schedule a bit. Her price is very fair, a tad above one franchise quote and a tad below another. Her team is better than anything I've experienced or heard of talking with neighbors, and A2GreenClean should therefore be more expensive. What I wanted was this connection with "the person, the owner," and she is in your house for every cleaning, and yes she is probably a bit OCD. She gets thing seriously cleaner (at my 2800 sq ft home using 3 other employees) than my previous experience with a mega-franchise company that used two people (great job one time; not so much the next time). Previously, I had asked the franchise company to have the owner supervise and look at the work once in awhile - and they were much too important or busy to actually see the work. I questioned how any business could supervise only based upon customer complaints). So if A2 Green Clean is 10-20% higher than a mega-franchise cleaning company, I have to say that Kristi and her presence working at your home is well worth it. You get what you pay for. Here, I think we get more than we pay for with A2GreenClean.

Nelson, the owner was great! He was very informative, and cares very much about the quality of service he and his employees provide. In addition he is concerned about the safety of the products he uses, for his staff, his customers, their children/pets, and the environment! He walked through the house with me and asked alot of questions to make sure he knew what I wanted. When he was nearly finished he knew there was extra time and he offered to vacuum out the window sills for me and asked if there was anything else I needed as well. The attention to detail was great! They took their time to do it right, they didnt rush, yet they wernt slow. He's sending a girl next week and I will likely hire them as a regular cleaning service in the future!

Kristi-Ann and her crew did a great job. We were getting our house ready to sell and needed a detailed cleaning ahead of the open house. They cleaned EVERYTHING and did an outstanding job. We even asked them to remove the old caulk from the shower in the master bath which they did with a steam-powered tool. This made it so much easier to re-caulk the shower and it now looks great. We are very happy with the results and referred A2 to friends and family.

They don't use harmful chemicals, they use organic products so that's good. They do an excellent job. It's a little pricey but they do a great job.

I called, he returned call. He came at scheduled day, a bit late but nothing dreadful or disruptive. Quiet, efficient, and did exactly (!) as promised. Smell afterward was not bad at all--and I have respiratory issues so expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this service and this company to ANYone!!

No complaints, Just very nice experience

The A2 Green Clean crew has been cleaning my house for a year now and I can't be happier! Kristi Ann and her crew deliver an impeccably clean house every time they come. They are wonderful about communicating with me before coming and also very responsive whenever I need something different or extra done to the house. The cleaning products that they use are very good and smell wonderful. The attention to detail that they have is just so wonderful! I have never had a cleaning service that has been so costently professional, personable and easy to work with. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about them. The cost is well worth the product that they deliver= a clean home and excellent customer service. They are even super nice and sweet to my dog. If you use them, you won't regret it at all!

this company's estimate came in way over what I wanted. This company was offering the rolls royce treatment, i was looking for the Cadillac treatment.

They do a very nice job owner and the employees take pride in there work.

She came out to give me a gave quote for organization and cleaning, thorough cleaning. She was very convincing and spent an hour with me. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. She was very expensive though. She said she would bring me an official estimate. I never heard back from her and was not very pleased with the service. She even called to tell me she would leave it where we had discussed. I looked and looked and never saw it, even after she said it would be a little longer than she had originally told me.

I would recommend them. They did a very thorough job. I don't have any complaints. They were here on time and they were very conscientious. I thought the price was a little steep but they worked very hard and there were four of them. They did other things like cleaning my basement which is not a finished basement so it was a very hard job. They did everything including cleaning the windows in the basement. They got down cobwebs and dusted on top of ducts and pipes. They were cleaning years of dirt.

This young company is finally getting organized and predictable. Owner and workers are all well-intentioned andmost pleasant, but initially there was too much shuffling of schedules and personnel to suit me. (I think) Things are settlingand both I and the company know what to expect and when. I also feel that the owner was taking on any and all jobs(obviously to make contacts and money), but that left the "regulars" uncertain as to who and when, and also to feel thepressure the girls were under to finish quickly and move on to the next job. Although I did it, I would not recommend signing on to their obligatory initial deep cleaning which was overpriced and overdone--rewinding Ace bandages and ordering jewelry. This was to "set the standard," but it was never reached again.Now that we have achieved my desired every two week's cleaning, I am happy about working with them and having them in my home.Alas we just lost our crew chief to a better job--good for her--but that could mean starting over again. The girls are all great and eager to do well. Owner Kristie is very responsive and we are--albeit slowly--working to a happy rapport.
