They opened 30 minutes late after my drop off appointment time- No employees wore masks. I got a text saying my car was finished- I went to pick it up and my car was not ready. I told them to lock the keys inside the car and I would pick up the car later. I never received a text or phone call letting me know my car was ready. I arrived later to find MY CAR RUNNING- KEYS IN THE IGNITION WITH THE WINDOW DOWN! My car could have been stolen. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had to wait ~20 min before I got my ride to work after dropping off the car. The promised to deliver the car at 5:30 pm but I did not hear from them till 5:45 pm when I picked up the phone and called them back. They said that they are finishing up and will be off shortly for my pickup. I explicitly asked if it will be another 10 min or an hour or so. They said 10 min. I waited for the next 45 minutes before they showed up. The rim still had black grime that was not fully cleaned. They misplaced my rear right floor mat. When I called them asking about it, they got all defensive and sarcastic. Overall, I had a lousy experience and not going back. I will not recommend them to anybody.

I called to get my vehicle detailed. A gentleman answered the phone quickly and professionally. He was able to schedule me in for my appointment within a few days. As I have never had a vehicle detailed before, I did not know what to expect. The business was ready for me when I pulled in. It was explained to me what would be done and payment was to be made by cash or check. They do not accept credit cards. I left my vehicle and was told I would be given a call when completed. I was given an approximate finish time and it was ready. My vehicle was beautiful inside and out. Looked like new. The complete detail and winterization included paint sealant and fabric protection. A paper floormat was placed so I would not dirty the driver side floor mat. The tires and wheels shined. I highly recommend this company.
