I called Thornapple River Plumbing on Wednesday, Jud gave me an estimate over the phone and asked if the next day would work out. On Thursday he arrived promptly at 10:30, he took of his shoes and got right to work. He was careful and conscientious. He answered all my mothers questions patiently and when he was done he cleaned everything up. I couldn't even believe he took the glass shower doors away. I really appreciate the workmanship and safety.

We called Judd in the late AM and he answered the phone! He said that he could come at 2:00 that afternoon!! He was about 10 minutes early!!! He got down to business right away and worked efficiently!!!! He completed everything on our list, gave great advice and his charges were very reasonable!!!!! Will we call him for every plumbing issue we have in the future and recommend him to our friends? MOST DEFINITELY! Thanks, Judd. And thanks, Angie

My pipe burst and they helped me shut the water off. They came over and fixed it within 30 minutes. Great friendly service and they explained everything along the way.

I called Thornapple River Plumbing on Friday evening and Judd was able to come out the very next morning. Our kitchen sink was clogged and was getting worse everyday to the point where the water was no longer draining at all. We had had a plumber out 3 months ago to fix a clog which was obviously a temporary fix. I am very careful about the drain because it has had issues since we moved in. The last plumber explained that the builders did a poor job of plumbing the kitchen. The water has to travel too far. Judd noticed that there was a dip in the middle of the pipes which was most likely where the clog was "catching". He fixed the pipe and created a slope so hopefully the water will drain more effectively. He was very professional, prompt and knowledge. Only time will tell if the problem is resolved.

Everything went well. He was very polite and worked quickly. The toilet is working fine. We're very happy with his service and would use him again.

He was very good at fitting me into his schedule. When I had a problem after the initial installation he came back and made it right.

I called several other plumbers who couldn't get out here for at least a week - Jedd from Thornapple was literally here in 5 minutes as he was just around the corner. He pulled a bathroom faucet for me, tightened some screws to see if it would fix the leak, put it back in, and it was still leaking, so the faucet is broken - He then took it out again and gave it to me and gave me suggestions on how to get a replacement. AMAZINGLY quick service, VERY professional, VERY courteous and polite. Would DEFINITELY recommend Thornapple Plumbing. FIVE STARS! Thanks Jedd!!!

They did a great job. There was a minor leak at a seal. Jed came back the next morning and corrected it in 5 minutes. He called each time before arriving, very courteous, clean, and timely.

The work was done well and quickly. The plumber was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again for additional services.

Thornapple River Plumbing are great. I thought I had a leaky pipe but it was actually that my faucet on my shower wasn't installed tightly enough and was leaking from there. He sealed it all up for me. He asked me if I had more ceiling tiles because of the tiles on the ceiling underneath getting damaged. He was going to put the tiles in for me, but I didn't have any on me. He was in and out. I called him on Monday and he said he could be there Tuesday at noon. He called me in the morning and said he could be there earlier. He came and got the job done. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice. He ended up charging me less than he originally thought it was going to be, when he thought it was a leaky pipe.

We are more than happy with the installation and professionalism Jud brings to the table. Would recommend this Master Plumber to anyone. Punctual, neat, polite and extremely competent.

Called evening, plumber came in the next morning and replaced the water heater. Service was quick and done well.

He was prompt and gave us a quote right on the spot, but he was just pricier than we would have liked. We found another plumber that was cheaper, and we could have gone with him, but we ended up doing our own plumbing.

Great job. I've used them before and knew it would be.

I called Thornapple Plumbing Monday Morning, and Jud came that afternoon. He is a very nice man, and a master plumber. I have used his service several times in the recent past, and will definitely use him again.

I LIKE THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY FINISHED THE JOB AT A REASONABLE TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND DOUBLE CHECKED TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED.
