The service was fine overall. They were prompt and efficient.

The experience was okay overall. I wasn’t thrilled. I don’t think the entire dampness smell is gone, but I’m not sure if it’s their fault or not.

They’ve done work for us a couple of years ago, but it was a good experience overall. One downside was that the huge fans that they left on in the basement to dry everything out after a flood might’ve been left on for longer than necessary, which resulted in a high electric bill. I don’t think they came back to check on them as often as they could have, but they did a good job overall.

They did very good job! I had no problems. They moved the furniture and cleaned everything very well. Their work helped sell the house!

They showed up on time and were competent, personable, and easy to talk with. They did a decent job overall.

Overall, I was satisfied with the performance. I had a poor kitty with a bladder infection who, for a week, had trouble making it to the litter box. I wound up with the dreaded cat urine stains in one corner of a room on my lower level. Steamatic was to clean the carpet in this one room. To clean the carpet in one room took them just under 20 minutes, for which they charged $80. I found this to be excessive. They did, however, get about 80% of the cat urine odor out of the carpet, which, was more than I expected. I also really like the idea of steam-cleaning as opposed to using harsh chemicals or cleaning agents on the carpets in my home. I will call them again.

They actually did a nice job. That was a nice service and it costs about $15 extra, but seriously to roll up an 8x10 rug and get it somewhere, it was worth it to us. We don't have a lot of carpet and we don't get them cleaned that often, but we were happy with them. We would recommend them. They were nice and their customer service was good. The results were good. We don't have any complaints.
