Len was prompt and very professional. Cleaned my back sun-porch, including surface mold. Did a very thorough job.

Everything looked brand new when they were done.They were great.

They were extremely, extremely good. I like their responsiveness. I like how they were very considerate to people in the house. They were clean and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if I have an issue. They were just so good. They actually had an emergency on the day they were supposed to come so they called to say when they would be coming. They were just so considerate.

The gentleman who came out spent quite a bit of time in the basement. (on leaving he failed to turn out a light at the far end and left it to me.) He gave me a long spiel about the mold issue and what they would have to do to remove it, finishing up with an guesstimate of $5,000. He was clear that he needed to work out specifics and that was not an official estimate, but he would email me the final result the next week. I had at no time told him that I wanted them to address the mold issue, rather I wanted someone to literally clean up the dirt on the floor now that we were pretty sure it would not flood again. But I listened to what he had to say, considering the possibility we might want to do a more thorough job. I did not flinch when he mentioned the amount of money he thought it would cost us. When the document came to my email, fairly close to when it was promised, the bottom line was $10,000. All in all I felt that he had an agenda to pursue and was not really listening to what I said or asking questions about what I wanted to have done. I was, also, vaguely suspicious that since I had not batted an eyelash when he mentioned the first figure, he could safely double it. It may well be that this is reasonable, but he seemed to zero in on high end work and not what I had called for.

Octagon did a great job. They showed up when they said they would Cleaned all rooms Cleaned the carpets and brought them back to life. Cleaned a Tile floor Cleaned and removed hard water stains from bathroom Would reccomend to anyone why needs a whole house clean.

These guys are great. Not only did they give me the best price but they did everything they promised on budget and on time.

Done quickly and efficiently. Also provided much needed guidance for further steps.

The original estimate was for 3 days but it took 4 1/2 days. The crew put in the extra effort to perform the remediation and they kept it clean during and after the work was complete.

They were very sloppy. The work had to be redone several times, and it's still not done right. I would not recommend them.

They show up when they say they are going to. They clean up after themselves when they leave and it is the same thing as before they came. When you call them they call you right back. The quality of their work is excellent. The people that came after them said they like going to Octagon places because they do such a good job.

I can, without reservation, recommend Octagon. From Robin, who answered the phone, to Robert, who came and gave us an estimate, to Matt, who did the actual cleaning, they were professional and did a great job. Our carpet looks great, and they got out some old stains that I really didn't expect them to be able to budge. Well done, Octagon!

Mike was our technician and he showed up on time and ready to work. Before I knew it, our carpets were spotless and looking nicer than when we bought the house! I will be contacting Octagon in the future for this as well as other services. Great people, very professional and a team you can feel good about welcoming into your home.

This is the second time I've used Octagon and they were just as good this time as last. Mike cleaned two carpets - they look great, and he also helped me move some of the furniture back into the rooms. I would recommend them to anyone. Rick came and checked out a downstairs area for mold and was very helpful to me. I will definitely use them again.

He seemed to be doing the job, but I discovered that in one room he did not move the couch to clean under it. I had to ask him to come back as he was putting his equipment back in his truck.

Found no evidence of active mold in the two location for which we called - located above one of the bathrooms and above the kitchen vent. She inspected the attic space, all our venting for all bathrooms and kitchen. Told us how to address the problem as it was not that serious compared to what she had seen before. I would highly recommend Octagon Cleaning to other people.

My elderly mother's apartment carpet needing cleaning. It was easy to reach the office staff and schedule an appointment. The carpet was cleaned on schedule. We were very pleased with how clean and dry the carpet was following the cleaning.

All I can say is WOW! My burber carpet in the livingroom/dining room came out beautiful. I have had them cleaned in the past and the older stains you could see. After Octagon cleaned them you would never know they were there. They did a very good job! I will be using them again.
