Excellent service. Very professional. Roof repair was done immediately and was completed as promised. Will call them in the future for any work I need done in hopes that they can do the job.

Community Home Services responded immediately, Larry came over the next day to look at my roof as I was fearing the worst case. After checking out the damage Larry suggested a repair rather than a complete roof job. Larry explained that other than the damaged area the roof overall was in pretty good shape but down the road 3-5 years you may consider a complete do-over. I was quite relieved with this news. Larry gave me a rough estimate on site followed up by a written estimate - the quote was very reasonable. I called to schedule an appointment and the guys showed up as scheduled, did the work, cleaned up the mess and hit the road. Very pleased. Thank you , Greg M. York, ME

They called right away. Did the work with in a week of the first phone call. My siding was 18 years old and they were able to match it almost perfectly. Would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone to use.

Larry and his crew were polite, very friendly and they did the different jobs in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and I would never have known they were here after they left. They took extra steps in touching up paint trim on the house around their work and even touched up paint in other places while they were working. While working on near the roof they found an issue under the roof shingles that most definitely needs to be repaired but Larry did not pressure me that it needed to be done at that time or that they needed to do it. I have a couple of other jobs I need to have done that his company does that I will not hesitate to have them complete for me. I would hire Community Home Services again without hesitation. Polite, friendly, professional work and cleaned up after themselves.

The driveway put done in May 2017 and very little traffic on it. After a couple of freezes the driveway was lifting up in front of the garage and now cracking in multiple places and is now sinking and creating puddles. The driveway is falling apart.

Larry and his team did an excellent job repairing my second story roof, replacing missing tiles that had been blown off during a wind storm He also replaced the metal trim on my faux chimney that had also blown off in the storm. He cleaned up the remaining trim pieces and the chimney cap and gave it a nice paint job. Looks brand new. Work was completed on time and on budget. Work site was cleaned up and left spotless. The workmanship of the crew was awesome. They took the time to repair what was needed and to listen to me on what was needed to be repaired before adding the new Vinyl to the house. Needed siding trim replaced on house peak. Called, guy came out, got and accepted a written estimate October 24, 2018, said it would be done a few weeks. Nothing. Contacted them and was told it would be on schedule for the following week. Still nothing. They set it up on a Tuesday and it snowed, so they didn't come and have heard nothing since. Has been almost 2 months and the job is still not done. I wont recommend nor call them again. Poor business. Update: 12/27/18- I changed my rating today, because they did finally show up and got the job done in a few hours and it looks really good. Took a while ( 2 months) but it is done. Not sure if I'd call them again or recommend them.

It took a long time for this project, and as far as I know, it still is not complete. The town of Waterboro has some very specific requirements and that makes it difficult for any builder to complete even the simplest of jobs. Once the paperwork was finally done, the porch looks good. However, the last I heard, the top board has yet to be wrapped. The entire porch looks unfinished without this final step. I won't likely be there until spring, so this isn't critical, but I can't write a final review without a completed project.
