What a nightmare. DO NOT use these guys. No communication, disorganized, and overpriced. My full experience detailed below. Shorty recap: hired for snow removal, forgotten twice, plowed once (24+ hrs later), and charged for 2 visits. Hired them for snow removal, initially as a single storm. Second storm comes, and I ask to be a regular customer. They assured me I was, and that they would plow again. Morning after the storm I look outside and my drive hadn’t been touched. Contacted them to see when they would get out, and got a call back from Brittany right away, apologizing and telling me there was a book keeping error and the drivers had me marked as a 1 time customer still. She assured me that would never happen again, and they would be in my area by 11am (had to call out of work). Well, 2pm comes around, STILL not plowed, and I call back. She asks her husband if he came out, I got placed on mute, and she came back saying “I don’t know when they’re going to get to you”. Yep, after promising it wouldn’t happen again, it happened again at the next opportunity they had. 6pm- still not plowed- I had to call back to AGAIN to see what was going on. They let me know they would be out by the end of the night. Finally came at 10PM (they did do a semi-decent job, just 24 hours later). Wish the story ended there. Got a call a couple days later for payment. Brittany informed me that they were charging me the equivalent of 2 plows because “it was a 2 plow storm”. Are you kidding me?!?!? You forgot me twice, eft me plowed in for 24+hrs, plowed once, and then charged me for 2 visits. I was done arguing with them any further. Gave them payment and told them NEVER to call me again.

Larry and his crew did an excellent job at clearing my roof of snow and breaking up and melting the ice dams. On time and efficient!

Larry & his crew put a whole new roof including new framing, rafters, plywood, ice & water shield and shingles. Superb job! Wonderful people to deal with. Cleaned up great after job. I definitely want them back for future projects.

When called Home Advisor for a referral for repairing my asphalt shingle roof, Brittany from Community Home Services was actually calling me to follow up on the referral before I was even off the phone with Home Advisor. Larry came out at a convenient time to discuss our job. He provided a written quote right there -- that my wife and I thought was reasonable. He and his crew completed the work within the next week -- all to our satisfaction, including carting away all of the old material and cleaning up after their completion. We are using them for other projects, including power washing and re-sealing wood decks and replacing rotted trim, and expect the same level of professionalism and work that we saw with their roofing work. We recommend them to others.

Came right over and gave estimate. I agreed and work was done the same day. They sealed all the cracks...quite a few...and put on thick sealer that soaked right in. Quality of material used was better than the last time I had it done. Edging was perfect and it looks great. Thank you for a great job guys.

Stayed on the job until it was done. Figured they would leave at 4 or 5 o:clock, but he stayed until 7 to get the job done. Did exactly what I had asked and made sure I was pleased. Awaiting a second and third job from them currently.
