The actual installation work done by the Home Depot Home Service Teams was fine. But I encountered numerous problems with the Home Depot Regional Scheduling Department regarding when the work was going to be done (i.e. long periods of no communication; then dates and times given which were incorrect or not honored). Additionally, the teams dispatched to do the work were, on at least, two occasions, given confusing instructions regarding which team was responsible for which element of the work to be done; this resulted in the full completion of the contracted work taking months, instead of weeks- as promised.
And finally, due to repeated internal accounting [i.e. arithmatic] errors] on the part of the Home Depot Home Service Billing Department, I encountered unbelieveable difficulty in paying off the final bill for the major portion of the work contracted; it took almost 4 weeks of face-to-face meetings and multiple (double-digit) phone calls with various administrative and senior management representatives to finally reach consensus that the amount stated on their contract , and which I was attempting to pay, was [indeed] the amount owed. With the exception of one (1) staff member who came to my aid, and persisted in achieving an appropriate resolution, It was a totally frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

When they brought the material the measurements were a little off when the contractor came to install it. But the contractor made sure that we had everything we needed for the job. The contractor was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out and measured the floor to make sure he had the right size for the job. He made sure the job was done correctly. I was very satisfied with the overall service that we received.

They were good. The quality of work was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use Home Depot again.
