DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Replaced a portion of siding on house - job was done satisfactorily, but did not properly identify siding of house so new clapboards do not mach existing clapboards. Installed new front door and sidelights - No problems with installation, but had ordered incorrect sidelights and did not catch the mistake until already installed. When asked about how to fix the mistake, Beaver Builders was unable to offer me any corrections or a discount because of installing a door that I did not want. I was able to go directly to manufacturer of door and have them switch out sidelights, but I would have expected the contractor to have done this on my behalf.
