Professional and did a good job

Work was inconsistent. Windows were indeed sparkling clean but some windowsills were not cleaned after specific request. Other places were also missed. Biggest disappointment was wood floor. We were promised shiny but got well cleaned but dull. Didn't expect floors to be refinished but did expect a result equal to Orange Glow. Wound up doing it myself.

Not so great for the second cleaning, but there were extenuating circumstances. We are giving it one more shot next week. Green Clean did as good a job for less, but we'll see.

I would have to say the Sparkling Clean team is always on time, and the girls are very professional and do a great job cleaning my house.  They are friendly and polite, but don't waste time chatting - they get right down to business.  I trust them totally - have left jewelry out on the chest of drawers and nothing has ever been missing.  Trust is very important to me.  Many times I am not home when they come to clean, and I never worry that things won't be done or that something will be "misplaced".  They use a lot of "natural" products to clean and the smell of vinegar is amazingly refreshing!  I would have to say they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is spotless before they leave.  The owner of the company is very easy to work with as well.  She has always accommodated me when I've asked for a schedule change - usually around the holidays.  I would not hesitate to call her if I ever had any problems - but that has not occurred.  I would highly recommend Sparkling Clean for housekeeping services.  I am completely happy with them.

When I came home after the cleaners had cleaned my house it was SPARKLING!  It is no wonder this business has the name Sparkling Clean.  They are professional, timely, flexible and do an amazing job! They are affordable and will work with you to get your personal needs met.  They have set the bar high when it comes to cleaning and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Miglena and her team are awesome. Their work is top notch, and they're a pleasure to communicate with. We had a last-minute issue come up that meant rescheduling our cleaning, and they were really accommodating. Our kitchen has never been so clean -- they're great at what they do!

It really varied from time to time. They were often 30-45 mins late, or there was confusion about the date and they didnt show at all. When they were late (no phone call heads up ), it was a problem because I was taking off work for 2 hrs to be home (dogs) when they arrived. The cleaning took 1.5 hrs for 2 people to do, so arriving that late meant I was late for work, which is not something I can do on an ongoing basis. 
Sometimes the cleaning was very good and other times not so great. 
The people who came to clean were very nice and personable and careful with my things, which is great. I always put the dogs outside to make it easier to clean as well. 
I think that is a pretty high price, so I've decided to try a different company for my house cleaning.

Sparkling Clean has been cleaning my house weekly for a month or so now, and they always do a fabulous job!  The owner has been easy to contact and responsive to my requests for additional work and schedule changes.  The cleaners are always prompt, polite, and professional, and the house smells and looks great when they're done.  We have a big shedding dog and two kids, so I wish they could come every day!

With my daughter's first birthday party coming up, I asked to reschedule our bi-weekly cleaning to the day before the party.  Miglena was responsive and easily accommodated my request.  When I returned to the house after the cleaning, her team had done an exceptional job! The house was gleaming, and every little item carefully and thoughtfully replaced in each room.  My husband even mentioned how nicely his things in his office had been organized.  I was so pleased that the house had been cleaned so thoroughly before our very special event.  Thanks to Miglena and her team!

The Sparkling Clean team--including every member, from sales, to accounting, to the on-site pros--is exceptional! They have cleaned my house twice and I have also hired them to clean and do occupant changeovers for my vacation rental for the upcoming spring-summer season. So far, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them. They are highly responsive to my feedback, questions and requests. They are also collaborative, creative thinkers and every person on the team whom I've encountered has been a consummate professional.
I will contribute another review after this year's vacation rental season, as this is a more complex and demanding service. Based on my experience so far, I anticipate dependable, high-quality service from the Sparkling Clean team.

Miglena's cleaning service is wonderful...she always replies promptly to emails, her team is always on time, and the price is very reasonable.  I look forward to cleaning days! The house truly looks "sparkling clean" after they leave.  Every nook and cranny is attended to and the whole place looks, smells and feels clean.  I'd highly recommend!!

We just moved to Portland and rented an older home. We have 2 furry pets who shed a lot and there was pet fur everywhere, as well as all the dirt from movers and people tracking in. This service was extremely thorough - they even mopped under the beds!! I felt so good after they left and will most definitely hire them again. Very nice and professional. Worked really hard the entire time they were here. The house is now spotless and I'm very happy.

It was very easy to initiate the service and I was not required to sign any kind of a contract. They have been very good about letting me cancel if we are away

This week I requested a cleaning and she fit me in. Consistent and trustworthy. I appreciate having someone in my home who is reliable and respectful.

She and her crew don t just wipe Miglena and crew actually clean things. They use the appropriate chemicals on the appropriate surfaces. They show up on time, are very efficient, and are flexible about which tasks they tackle first because of our personal needs within the home. Very nice people.
