Melody was very helpful in assisting me in setting up an appointment as our availablity was limited. Gary was thorough & knowledgeable in inspecting & cleaning the chimney. He also made an excellent suggestion to further improve our chimney. We are happy to recommend this wonderful service!

He arrived for the appointment promptly, checked the chimneys and advised the furnace chimney needed a cap. He quoted a price and we agreed upon it and he installed it in less than 30 minutes.

Gary and Melody were very professional and Gary was very neat and personable and honest, even telling me one flue did not need to be cleaned. However since he was here I had him clean it anyway. There was no mess left and and I would hire them next year.

My chimney was actually very clean so Gary told me , honestly, that I did not need the service. He did the inspection and only charged me for the inspection.

We had a stone fireplace that had its chimney removed above the roofline a number of years ago by a previous owner. We wanted a wood stove insert installed, so Gary opened up the roof, relined the flue, and added a stainless steel flue above the roofline. Great job overall, attention to details and very professional. Also rebuilt the top of a brick masonry chimney for our furnace and added a stainless steel cap. Would highly recommend.
