The quality of product was excellent and the delivery people are very courteous. Overall, it was a positive experience. Not many providers would offer that. It was just fine.

Incredible company to do business with, from start to finish. We visited the Pulaski Hwy location and spoke with Ken one afternoon. We gave him some approximate numbers, checked out the quality of the sheds on site, and were given an estimate on a new shed before we left. We had a very old 8x10 shed, which they demolished and removed. They installed a new pad. And, because our lot is wooded, and they couldn't deliver a ready-built shed, they built our new 10x12 shed on site. We were able to select siding and roof shingles that pretty much matched our home. And, we added a few extras, like a storage loft, and we had them paint the doors for us. Every little detail went perfectly. The job had to be postponed twice, due to weather. But, Ken was right on top of things, making sure that he got us rescheduled...eventually finishing up on a Saturday, and they normally don't work on Saturdays. This really has to be the best contractor we have ever hired. I highly recommend them!

Overall it went very well. Ken picked out the shed options under our directions, showing us samples, colors, etc. He was very professional. On 9/30/13 about 9am. as promised, the installation crew showed up. They were great! It was a father and, if I remember correctly, 3 or 4 of his sons! They were so coordinated and strong that it was really a pleasure to see them work. From start to finish I think it took maybe 2 hours (if that). They really had the procedure down. We watched the whole process and the quality of the work looked very good, from base to final paint touch-up. The shed itself is very nice and looks fantastic. ONE CAVEAT: when we went to buy the shed we thought we knew exactly what we wanted, because it was supposed to be an almost exact replica of a shed (including the loft) that we own on another property. When Ken was trying to tell us that the loft would be too small we kind of dismissed him without listening to his qualms very carefully. I wish we had! We had neglected to examine in detail the exact structure of Twin Locust Barn's very strong loft (It is quite different from the loft in our other shed!). The loft as installed IS very very small and we will have to cut it out and reinstall it. That will not be easy because it is very well installed! I emphasize that this whole matter is OUR fault and NOT Ken's. We do love our new shed though...It's beautiful, strong, and secure. We would definitely use TLBs again, but will listen to Ken more carefully next time! By the way, we later went to Home Depot and bought some parts to build steps instead of using the ramp that was installed. The ramp was too steep for easy use because of the slope of our lot. It was very easy to build the steps and install them; and we still have the original ramp if we need to wheel something heavy into the shed. After painting, the steps look as if they came with the shed originally!

The sales experience was basically just picking out the shed, colors and extras. The owner was straight forward- not overly friendly but not unpleasant. The gentleman that delivered the shed and built the stone pad was fantastic. Did a great job and super friendly.

Help with decision: style, size, color, doors etc. Delivery and setup. Guys were great! Shed is beautiful, replacement of old steel shed.

We looked at many, many shed builders and spoke to almost all of them and visited 3 of their locations. Twin Locust was the easiest to work with, the most accommodating to our particular needs and offered the best price. The owner is very knowledgeable and was helpful in determining the shed that would best fit our needs.

Work was really good and it was completed in the same day.

I was very satisfied. The guys who did the gazebo were excellent. They had the work done within an hour.
