They did a good Job. Inside and outside. They were very professional. I used them before and I got them from Angie's list. They were timely, they didn't leave a mess, and they did what they said when they said they were going to....

I called to schedule an appointment and was given a time for the end of that same week. The 2-man crew arrived on time and were very professional. They were done cleaning the windows, patio door and front screen door in about an hour. I have used Iand J Services in the past and will use them again.

I used to like them better than I like them now mainly because there have been a couple of experiences with them. They came an hour early a couple of times. Their timing was off. Another time the guy gave me an estimate of a $150 and then after he finished the job he told me that it was going to be $250. I didn't have them come out this year because of the change in the price. So I don't think I'm going to use them again. I think I'm going to go with someone else. I've actually worked with them over the years and they used to be great. They are just not good anymore. I don't know what's happened to them. I've also referred them to several people. I'm into real estate and so I've referred them to my clients. They were okay and my clients weren't crazy about them either. So I'm just not going to use their services again in the future.

We have used them for years and we rate them high overall. They have always exceeded our expectation. I like their prices and their willingness to do the job irrespective of what it is. They follow my guidelines. We had some tricky work to do and we talked about it. They worked through all the potential bumps.

Our neighbor had used Iand J in the past and was able to get a discount if other neighbors scheduled service at the same time. We did and are very happy with the results. They worked quickly and efficiently and the windows look great (they were extremely dirty). I do think whoever is answering the phone and scheduling appointments could be more friendly. I found her a little curt and difficult to understand. I'm just now reading the reviews of the company here and hope the owner reads them. Had my neighbor not made these arrangements, I would not have chosen them based on all the negative reviews here.

We have used Iand J Services for several years for gutter cleaning and window washing. The cost has always been between $50 (a special rate) and $70 for gutter cleaning. Crew arrived an hour before scheduled time to meet them. Luckily we were home. When we checked the price with them before work began they quoted a new price of $125. We told them at that price we knew others would do the work for less and they left.

In have used Iand J for window and gutter cleaning for several years. But after my last experience, I will never use them again. One of their workers broke a pendant light in my kitchen, cleaned up the mess and then lied when I asked him about it. When you are allowing people in your home, you have to trust them and I will never trust Iand J workers again. I shudder to think of what else he could have done and lied about while in my home. When I directly asked the worker is he broke the light (I heard the crash) he acted like he didn't know anything about it and then lied several times before admitting he had done it. He told me he hadn't told me because the company would make him pay for the light. I then contacted the company who questioned whether I had broken it myself and was just blaming then. Eventually they agreed to pay for the light but when I told them the cost, the manager rudely asked me if the light was "rare crystal" because she thought the cost was high. I will be shocked if they actually pay for the light. I would discourage anyone from using them - not because they do such a bad job but because you can not trust their workers.

I have used them before. They are quick and work like mice where they do their work and are done before you know it. I had to call if they were late, but they got there as quickly as possible as their circumstances were out of their control.

They have always been very good. I have storm windows and the one thing that surprised me was that they don't clean window screens. They are quick and do good work. I have not compared their prices with others but I think that they are reasonable. They are very responsive and schedule me very fast.

It was very good. The first crew would not do what I wanted them to which was hand clean the gutters out so they sent another crew out and they were very responsive with that.

It went great! I have used them multiple times and will use them again in the future. They arrived on time and did a great job. My windows sparkled. When they left, you could hardly tell they had been there (disruption of the rooms). If you call early enough in the year their prices are less per window. I would have used them this year but the windows were not dirty enough and I had 3-6 month old twins so windows were the last thing on my mind. :o)

How did it go overall? Lousy! Tried to take advantage of their $50 gutter cleaning special. The phone answerer asked me if I had a garage or a porch. I said, "I think so, but what do you consider a garage or porch?" I described my garage and she said that my garage didn't require an extra charge. I said, "Just send the guys out, have them tell you what to charge, and send me a bill." She said, "OK." Apparently, the workers came out, found no one home, no check waiting for them, and they left. So, they can't communicate well enough to contract for work to be done; they don't tell you essential requirements (leave us a check or we won't do the work); and they lie (they don't take credit cards, but demand a check). Never again!

I've used them 5 times in the last 8 years to wash windows and clean gutters. After this last experience, will not use again. I had the work scheduled and then needed to change the date the day before due to a conflict. A very snippy phone operator said if they changed the date, they would charge a fee for re-scheduling. I got my husband to cover the appointment, and they were late. The workmen were pleasant and seemed diligent, but the windows didn't seem to sparkle after they were done like in earlier years. The cost has not gone up much over the years, but who needs the hassle of rude office managers who don't seem to want your business? I should have just re-scheduled on a day convenient for me with a different vendor. Which is what I'll do next year!

They cleaned our gutters but in the process disconneced the down spout from the drain with the result that the heavy rain we had later that evening all poured down against the foundation of our house and flooded the basement. When we phoned them the next morning they told us to "send them the bill" for the repair work which involved drying out carpet and replacing padding. But when we sent them the bill, they denied ever saying that, refused to pay, and even refused to take a message for us to talk to Mr. Flores, the president. Their operator hung up on us twice after refusing to take down our name or number.

They seemed to do a reasonable job cleaning our gutters. The only issue is that I'm not sure that they cleaned one gutter that is somewhat difficult to access (requires climing on the roof as opposed to just getting up on a ladder).

Called for estimate and was quoted $249 for pressure washing entire exterior of home. I explained that my home was substantially larger than an average sized house. The operator insisted that the price would still be $249. From previous experience and quotes from other vendors, I knew that the quoted price over the phone could not be honored. I was fully prepared to and expected to pay at least $600 due to the size of my home. Timing was also an issue for me since I was having my house appraised. They were able to come over the next day to do the job. They arrived on schedule and as expected, unable to meet the quoted price of $249. They revised the estimate to $400 which is still more than 50% less than most other companies would charge in the area. I agreed to the price change and work was completed in about 2-3 hours. They missed a large wasps nest on the eave of my roof which I had knocked down earlier in the year. The cleaning of the underside of my gutters could have been done a bit better. My house was very dirty with years of dirt and moss on some areas of the house. The siding was cleaned well. Overall they did a good job except for the nest and portions of some gutters. I think the original price quote mismatch was partially due to the operator having some trouble understanding English and the inability to understand my comments about a larger than normal home. Considering the price, next day service and quality of the work, I would use them again. The next closest estimate I received from other companies was over $800 and some as high as $1700.

I have used them many times in the past. they used to be good. This time they showed up on time to clean our windows but at the end they also tried to charge for gutter cleaning which I had recently done and had not requested. I refused.

3 weeks ago I sheduled an appointment for 11am today. At noon when they did not yet show I called and they said they were 3 minutes away. It is now 2:45 and they have not yet showed and I have been on hold for 31 minutes. They used to be a good company (except the people that answer the phone CLEARLY do not care at all) but my last two experiences have been terrible -- charging for services not rendered and not showing up and lying to me. DO NOT USE THEM

At the advice of our realtor, we hired Iand J to clean our outside windows and gutters. When they showed up (2 hours late) we were heading out the door. I gave the guy a check up front so we didn't have to wait for them to finish--we went over the total cost, including cleaning the gutters on the house and garage. When we came home, we noticed the garage gutters had not been cleaned--it was very obvious because there were still plants growing out of the gutters and 2 inches of leaves left in the gutter. I called the office and told them we were having an open house the next day and needed to have this fixed--she put me on hold several times and told me the worker said he cleaned the garage gutters, I could hear him standing next to her telling her what to say to me. I asked to talk to him, she said he didn't speak English (which he did because I talked to him when he was here), she then said he didn't feel like talking to me and he was done for the day and wasn't coming back. She said there was nothing she could do and a manager would call me on Monday, she then hung up on me. I still have yet to receive a call back and have since put a stop payment on their check. Just wanted to share this story in case anyone was thinking of using this company. What a frustration.

The two guys showed up 2 hours late--I had to leave and wrote them a check before they finished the job so I could leave. I came home to find that they never cleaned the gutters on my garage. When I called, the woman on the phone was terribly rude, kept putting me on hold to talk to the worker who was next to her and coming back to say the worker says he cleaned the garage gutters. I said he did not, there are plants and leaves spilling out of my gutters--I asked to talk to the worker, she said he doesn't speak English, I said yes he does because I spoke to him when he was here, then she said he doesn't feel like talking to me and he's done working for the day and won't be coming back to finish the job and hung up on me. I stopped payment on the check and I'm waiting to hear back from the owner.

They show up on time and do a very good job. however the telephone operators are terrible! They act like they could care less about your business, even with a customer who uses them 2-3 times a month.

They are good. They are always on time.

Iand J cleaned our windows and used something abrasive which left permanent scratches on all the windows. We called to tell them this, and they said they would send someone back to look over the situation, but they did not show up. Nor did they respond to a letter. Very poor experience.

They are very careful. They wear booties around the house. They picked up every bit of whatever came out of those gutters and off our roof.
