Description of Work: We had a squealing dryer. Ken showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired in a little over 30 minutes and that included taking the dryer apart! Great attitude and excellent customer service. A great experience. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Ken told me that my washer would need a new transmission, that would cost $650.00 and it was already old (15 yrs). He was honest and told me it was not worth fixing and to go get a new washer. But he is kind of high for time given for an estimate at $100.00
