Description of Work: I had a partial clog in a drainage line. The guys showed up on time and got right down to work getting the line unclogged and clear quickly. I thought the cost was a bit higher than it should be, but then again they have a major investment in the needed equipment.

Description of Work: Apple Plumbing came out after another plumbing company we had been using for several years did not resolve the problem with clogged toilets and sink and a leaking tub. They were able to come the day after we called. They were supposed to arrive at 8:00 or 8:30 AM, but there was a spring snow that morning. The office manager called at home at 7:30 AM to say the plumber would arrive about 10:00 AM instead due to snow. I thought this was very considerate and was much appreciated. The plumber arrived as scheduled and took care of the problem by putting a new toilet in 1 bathroom and replacing the flange on a toilet in 2nd bathroom. He also made adjustment to a part in the tub to fix that problem. | |Plumber was very professional, efficient, and helpful. We would definitely use Apple Plumbing again! |

Description of Work: Cleaned out the kitchen drain line. The plumber said the charge would be $200. For the first hour then billed in 15 minute increments. He ran a snake down the line and while pulling it out, he broke the trap under the sink. He then said it was $91.00 to repair it. I was stuck because I had to get to work. He was in my house less than an hour and the bill was $300.00. I expected a professional to pay for their mistakes. I won't call them again, ever.

Description of Work: The kindness and quick response of both the office personnel and the technicians at Apple plumbing is a refreshing and much appreciated find! The plumbing problem resolved itself after a quick filter change so, while they did not come in my home they definitely will be added to my speed dial list for any future repair projects.

Description of Work: The plumber unclogged my garbage disposal by loosening the valve. This minor procedure prevented the need to purchase a new disposal. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and efficient. The only negative comment is that they should inform you of all potential costs during phone call to prevent misunderstandings about billing.
