Description of Work: Washed all the windows and doors in my home. Very prompt, very professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and was impressed with what a careful and thorough job was done. He even pulled the ivy away from some of the upstairs windows that I couldn't reach with my ladder. I have used them before and will do so again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for cleaning windows inside and out. The service did turn out well. I would not use them again.The deal did not cover the entire job like I expected and they wanted to charge me more money. They also knocked down part of our wooden fence but they came back to fix it.

Description of Work: Mr Augustine cleaned all of the storm windows in my house, inside and out. They had been very dirty and it made such a difference. I was relieved not to have to climb ladders and clean them myself. He discussed the job with me and asked a few questions along the way, but mostly just tackled the job and did it well. When the sun shone in one window the next day, I saw some streaks and missed spots. I called him and he came and removed them. I did not have that problem on any other window.

Description of Work: They did a great job and were very personable and professional. Their was a mix up with the time but it all worked out. It took them about one hour and they cleaned 15 windows They had 2 people come and they were efficient, friendly, and quick. They were very polite and nice to talk to. I would use them again.
