Barry and his assistant came on time at 9:30 am as he told me. They proceeded to work immediately. Barry noticed that a good number of my windows were double paned and needed to be cleaned within the panes. He charged me just a bit more, which for the extent of the work involved was reasonable. The windows are now beautiful. All screens were replaced correctly, and nothing was broken. All in all I am very impressed. This is a tedious job and difficult considering the amount of windows and the height of my ceilings, skylights, and Celestory windows. I definitely will only use this company. Barry just charged me about $50 more than the estimate for all my double paned windows that he did not factor in prior.

Great! Initial contact was made via e-mail. Melinda was extremely helpful and accommodating, and provided thorough and prompt responses to my inquiries. They don't normally work on Saturdays, but they were able to work with us and scheduled us for a Saturday morning at 9:15 am. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early!), worked neatly and efficiently and did a wonderful job. They even took their shoes off when working inside our house. Our windows look wonderful and we are very happy with the service. We plan to use them again whenever our windows need cleaning.

Excellent. Three workers fast efficient and careful. Cleaned up any mess they made. Very easy to work with; did anything I asked them to do. Windows have never looked better. Some windows are hard to get too or reach. They had a ladder for any circumstance.

Barry was professional, on-time and did a fantastic job. He and his employee did not rush and were very courteous. My windows had not been cleaned in while and he really left them sparkling!

He returned our call promptly and explained his services. He confirmed our appointment the evening before and arrived right on time the next day. He was courteous and respectful of our house, he even took off his shoes at the door and cleaned our extremely dirty windows to sparkling clean. He also cleaned out our gutters and made sure the yard looked tidy afterwards. We highly recommend him and will call on him again. He is truly an example of a business man who is building a great reputation for himself.

Barry was very professional and did a great job! He came by a few days earlier to look at the job and provided a written estimate. He arrived early to start outside before I returned home and completed the inside while I was home. We are very pleased with the job and will definitely call Barry again next year.

Ok, so they are a little bit more expensive than the guys who cleaned my windows before, but Angies List said they were great so I decided to try. Wow, what service! Phil called back right away, and gave me an estimate. He scheduled me very quickly. Jason and Brent showed up 15 minutes early, and waited in the truck until the exact 9am appointment. It was just great to have them in the house. Unlike any workmen I have met before. He is hardworking, incredibly well mannered and highly educated guys. Jason got a masters in theology! But they wouldnt even stop for a glass of water, lunch or coffee. The windows are gleaming. The screens look new and the sills could only look better if they were repainted. Too bad these guys only clean windows. I am in a retail business and only wish I could deliver service like this. Use them its worth every penny and some.

Philip responded to my request for an estimate right away and was persistent about scheduling a date when the work could be performed. I forget the name of the person he sent out to do the actual work, so lets call him "Bob." Bob showed up an hour early and was very friendly and polite. It took him about 6 hours to do the job, and he never took a break the entire time he was here.

Fantastic! My windows have been professionally washed but they never looked this good. They (two men) came on time and completed the job as scheduled.

Two very capable men worked 5 plus hours and were careful, courteous, kind to seniors and pets, respectful of household antiques, books, furniture, pianos, etc. Work is meticulous, house sparkles like new. Yes, they are expensive, but the work is immaculate. I would rather give up Starbucks and save to have these guys do it right than go another route. Highly recommend.

Some issues with arriving on the day we scheduled. On the scheduled arrival day, the company attempted to reschedule the work for the following week. As we were planning a large party for the following day, we pressed them to keep appointment for that day albeit much later in the day than originally scheduled. The workers arrived and were polite and professional. Excellent job of actually cleaning the windows. I would have liked a more thorough job of cleaning out the window wells between screen and glass, as that is a major reason for having the windows done professionally. Overall, a good job was done. I will hire them again in the future.

Dr Glass did a great job cleaning all the windows on the inside and outside of our home. I will use them again.

John, the work site person was on-time. He was understaffed and rushed because his support person showed up 6 hours late the first day. John had to come back over the weekend because the job was not finished on time (and he came back with someone different not that experienced). No one went back through to quality check (some sills were not done and several windows had water marks leftover - the basement was completely missed) The owner Phil was totally unprofessional. He tried to charge us more for the issues they created (that still has us scratching our head). John acknowledged this was not the best job they have done - the basement was missed, some windows & sills had a few marks. Overall, just a really bad experience.

Dr. Glass is a wonderful company. Very professional and courteous. Dwight called back immediately, drove by to see the property, gave a thorough estimate before beginning, and provided excellent workmanship and care of the property.

THE DR. GLASS REPRESENTATIVE, DWIGHT, ARRIVED ON TIME TO DO THE ESTIMATE. IT WAS CAREFULLY ITEMIZED SO THAT WE COULD ELECT TO SKIP SERVICES SUCH AS CLEANING THE SCREENS TO LOWER THE PRICE. WE SCHEDULED THE WORK AND TWO WORKERS, INCLUDING DWIGHT SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY DOING OUR WINDOWS SOME OF WHICH ARE VERY HARD TO REACH.

DR. GLASS WAS ABLE TO FIT IN MY WINDOW CLEANING IN TIME FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH.
