Description of Work: Electrical panel replacement. |They got the job done but they had to cut some drywall out yet didn't replace. Ive had someone else repair drywall but the bigger issue is they did not relabel the new electrical panel.

Description of Work: We purchased an 8 hour deal for electrical service. Two guys came out. Both seemed to have skills. They installed a ceiling fan, installed a flat screen with hidden cords and would have installed lights in the bathroom but discovered that we didn't have the right set-up in the bathroom for the lights we purchased. It turns out later, after I purchased a different light and had it installed (by a different company), we really could have installed the first one. Oh, well. We still appreciated the work of the two who provided the service. And would recommend the company.

Description of Work: Let me start off by saying that Bentz electric service was truly an experience that I will never forget. The electricians that came out were right on spot with everything. They informed me of every step in detail. The project included placing a light switch in my theater room to include diming capability. I was impressed in such a manner that I have already set up another appointment for more service. John (CEO/Manager) did a follow up call to ensure that all was taken care of. GREAT JOB BENTZ ELECTRIC!!

Responsive, respectful, efficient, comprehensive, and GOOD. They did all the work in less time than booked. They were tolerant when I had to run back to the hardware store to get additional appliances. There were some unavoidable glitches, mostly mine, some on their end; they came back and made good on all of them. I heartily recommend this company.

Description of Work: Even though I requested a morning slot they arrived in the afternoon. The electrician, Dallas, did approximately half of the electrical work that first day such as install an outdoor outlet, replace two motion detector lights, looked at our generator to determine what needed to purchased to replace a burnt plug. We were very impressed with Dallas' work. He also checked out the two bathroom ceiling light fans to determine what needed to be purchased for the next visit. He and another electrician came back at a later date and installed the generator plug and the two bathroom ceiling fan lights. We were pleased with the quality of the work, however I do feel the office could better communicate with their customers.
