Description of Work: Fixed lighting connections in Kitchen and installed front and back motion detector lights. Did a great job, and was very informative on other issues concerning lighting in the house, even though we weren't ready to do the work project yet.

Description of Work: They installed an attic fan, changed out dimmers, changed lights, and were very professional and personable. I will use them again.

Description of Work: We asked him to run cable through the attic across the room to hook a TV up . He told us he couldn't do the job we hired him primarily to do unless he ran cable outside since we have a cathedral ceiling. The ceiling next to the wall, where the outlet was to be, was not cathedral. We would have accepted this except he never went into the attic to verify it couldn't be done. Since this was approximately a 3 hr job. We wasted 4 hrs of the special, he was here 4 hours of an 8 hour service, but this was our choice since the outlets were all we had other than the TV cable. He seemed to be ill, spending a lot of time in the bathroom and his truck. He should have cancelled. He was professional and did a good job with what he did do (3 outlets & one light switch)but believe he didn't completely investigate what we were asking for, maybe because of illness but then he should have rescheduled.

Description of Work: A complete electrical panel replacement. This included an upgrade from 150 to 200 amps, burial of second metal ground outside (8 foot metal pole), replacement of main line coming into house, and county inspection.

Description of Work: Replaced exhaust fan in powder room. They did a great job. We are having them back to install another fan.

Description of Work: A whole list of electrical repairs, also installed a bedroom fan. There was an additional charge of $113 for parts he used, with a considerable mark up, more than we would have anticipated, know the cost of things.

Description of Work: There was an appointment for to come to my home for electrical services between 12 noon and 3 PM on May 12. They did not come to my home or leave a phone message. Due to their lack of courtesy and lack of keeping an appointment I would never use them.

Description of Work: Mr. Bentz had some contractors coming to perform the work. They did a great job and were super friendly and professional during the installation period, but they said they would come back the following Tues or Wed and it took them almost 3 weeks to return. No call, no email, no message about why. Mr. Bentz scheduled the inspection from PEPCO and forgot to tell us it was on. He and his contractors were nice enough and knowledgeable; they did good work, but have very poor communication skills. I would use Bentz Electric again in a pinch, but only for something not urgent.

Description of Work: Bentz installed a sub-panel And ran a line from the panel to the garage for a hookup to my generator. the work was very well done and I will use Bentz again.

Description of Work: he came and gave a partial estimate on one part of the work needing to be done (carport wire to be rerouted) and never heard back from him with an estimate or anything on the wiring of the pole building.
