Mr. Jackson was immediately responsive on the same day I purchased the deal from him. He made arrangements to go to my daughter's condo and assess an ant infestation on the very next day. Not only was he prompt and courteous he made certain that my daughter and her room mate knew exactly what he was going to do. He gave lots of detailed information on the characteristics of the infestation and explained how the treatment (or lack thereof) would affect my daughter and her room mate's health, safety, including any danger to their pet. He was more than professional and was able to deal with an aggressive colony of swarming ants quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Mr. Jackson for pest control. He was both knowledgeable and skillful. Most of all he delivered what he promised. Finally, one of the things that struck me about Mr. Jackson was that he came out on a Sunday. To me that says dedication to his work and concern for his customers. Excellent job!

searched Angie's List and got Home Guard as a business to contact. After further investigation on the company, I emailed. Steve got back with me quickly and come by soon thereafter. He sprayed the kitchen in places I'd not thought of... put out traps to get any little ones that feel brave enough to venture out. The outside perimeter of the house was also treated. A month later, a follow up call and service was performed, inside and outside. The folks here are respectful, polite, professional, responsive, and I would not hesitate to contact them again for further issues with bugs!

Had to move lots of items in garage for Home Guard to drill holes in the floor but we had the termite trails and this was the corrct way for treatment. They didn't take any shortcuts to take the easy way out. They did the tratment the correct way even on a hot August day. Dug a trench all of the way around the house for the chemical treatment , cleaned up and did a great job. We will have to wait and see if everything worked but if it's{chemical they use} as advertised we feel secure in our knowledge that the termites will not be back.Steve did a great job. They have returned to do the scheduled services when the correct date rolled around. If you have insects of any kind I recommend Steve.

They were prompt. I did not have problems afterwards, so they were successful in their work. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We contacted PestGuard in August when we moved into a new home and discovered a mouse infestation. We moved from out of state and searched Angie's List for pest control companies. Of the three that we interviewed Troy, with PestGuard, was the most professional and informed. We signed an ongoing service agreement with PestGuard and have not had any problems with mice or other pests since. They have been very timely in scheduling regular visits.

It went well. They explain every concern you have, and give you education about pest control. They scheduled the service next day and came on time. Finished their work nice and clean.

The people at Pest Guard were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. They were quick to return calls, gave me references to check, and arrived as scheduled. My husband and I decided to treat for termites even though it appeared as if the damage was old. The treatment should be effective for quite a few years, so this was done as a preventative measure. It took approximately 3 hours for them to apply the Termidor solution around the house. When they were finished Troy Yowell said he was not completely happy with the look of the cork plugs they used on our deck where they had to drill through the wood and that he will be coming back to replace the cork with wood dowels; we had not questioned the cork, so we were pleased he suggested this on his own. We plan to have them come back every other month for a year to completely eliminate the ant issue, but we have already noticed a dramatic reduction in the number of ants around our house, and we just recently had this service performed.
