The job went excellent. Steve Jackson the owner, identified the problem right away and explained how they treated the problem and will come back if not gone in a week, but said it will be a day or two for the treatment to take full effect and they will be gone. I used Home Guard before for another bee problem and they were great and very reliable and do excellent work. Therefore, I called them back again and they continue to exceed my expectation. Great pricing, responsive, and very professional. I plan to continue to use them as I feel I have found an honest and great company in Home Guard for pest control issues.

Technician was very thorough and sprayed for all bugs.

Everything went very well, the owner came out and did the inspection and the initial service. Within a few weeks the ants were no longer in the house. The company also calls every two weeks to schedule follow up treatments.

They were able to come on my first available day. Steve arrived on time and was able to reassure me that it was carpenter bees and not termites. He inspected inside and out and provided education on different pests. The inspection was no cost. He was very professional and I would definitely call him for any pest concerns in the future.

I picked HomeGuard from among other termite and pest control companies that were A-rated and Super Service Award winners because it appeared to be a local independent business, not part of a regional or national chain. Steve, the owner, came out the next day and did a free inspection of the damage, and the rest of my house. He identified the damage as having been caused by carpenter bees, and woodpeckers who pecked the siding to get to the nest inside. He gave the rest of my house a clean bill of health. I could have thanked him for the free inspection and sent him on his way empty-handed, but I decided to hire him to do a protective pest control application around and inside my house. He knows what he's doing, he is an independent local businessman, and he was a pleasure to work with. He will be my "go to" guy on termite and pest control in the future!

Called Steve at Homeguard when we started to notice swarmer termites in our home. He was AWESOME! Responded immediately, was out the same day (A SUNDAY!) for an estimate. Quoted us almost $400 less than our "family friend" exterminator, who we thought was giving us a great deal. Had our problem solved within the week and we haven't seen a termite since! Steve's method knocked out the whole colony of termites -- as opposed to just installing an expensive "barrier" like the other guys do.

Fantastic. The employees that did the job couldn't have been nicer or more professional.

I felt like the price for the amount of work that was done, could have been more reasonable. As far as the quality, I'm still having the same problems with the rodents. I don't know what could have been better. Maybe that's just the way it is. I'm not sure as far as the quality of the bait, could have been better.

It went well. The pest technician applied a gel poison in various places. The application worked well.

I called several pest control places for an estimate and they either would not go up on a ladder or the estimate was outrageous. I called Home Guard. They were out the next day. I was out of town and when I returned the bees were gone. A couple of weeks later, there were bees in the house. Home Guard came out to determine where they might be coming from as there was no activity where the nest used to be. They came out about 4 times until the bees were gone without an additional charge. Would highly recommend and user again.

Went well! I showed him our current areas with issues (ants) then he walked through the house and outside the house. I noticed a difference immediately. The package we purchased has them coming every other month to spray and as needed. I would recommend them and plan to continue using their services

It went great. "Steve the Bug Man" has a great reputation in our area and it's well deserved. He spent longer than anticipated with the customer before us because they had more problems than he anticipated when he got to their job. His company called us close to our appointment time to tell us he would be about 20 minutes late, and sent another technician who was closer to our house to start assessing our problem. Steve did arrive 20 minutes late, right on schedule, solved our problem in about 5 minutes and gave us a discount for being late and having such a minor problem.
