It rained the night before my scheduled appointment. Instead of rescheduling the appointment to allow the grass to dry to obtain a decent cut, the grass was cut wet and was left uneven. I was not satisfied with the workmanship at all. One would think the phone call to customer service would yield an apology and an attempt to re-cut the lawn, but that was not the case. The amount of business lost by this one transaction is potentially significant since I live in a neighborhood of older residents and singles who don't mind paying for decent service.
