The owner of Quality Air was very prompt in talking to me about the job and what I can expect. The actual worker was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He also took care not to damage any property when lugging in the heavy duty equipment and used drop cloths to avoid any spillage. I was extremely pleased with my overall experince with Quality Air and would highly recommend them to other potential customers. The price was also within range of other companies.

Overall OK, but forgot the vent/fan in the main level bathroom. Was charged for a dryer vent cleaning which was not done. Still waiting for reimbursement.
