Excellent customer service. Prompt, efficient, fairly priced, very communicative. They even assisted with letting me know when other services were at my home at the same time so I could coordinate proper service. These guys went above and beyond expectations.

I am amazing at how my carpet turned out. We have a dog, for which house training did not go so great, and a cat who's finicky about her litter box. Eventually the stains and the smells were too much for me. Rich and this team did an amazing job in the surveying of the carpet and delivering on his word once he cleaned it. It only took about a half of a a day, my carpets were like when we moved in, and the odor out. He also did our sectional, which was fairly new, but I didn't realize the wear and tear on it until he cleaned it thoroughly. I have three boys (two of which are teens and the third a toddler). He had some deep scrubbing to do with all our household entails -- and Rich sure did deliver! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a deep cleanse and freshening to their home.

First off let start by saying Richard exceeded my expectations. He was here when he said he was going to be, protected keys areas of my house when running the hoses and lines to clean my rugs and carpet in the house. He was organized, worked efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and caring! I will have back to my house soon. We highly recommend his company!

Fantastic, really did a terrific job. As a renter on move out, the carpet looked as good or better than when we first rented 2 years ago. He was very professional and safe during COVID, allowed me to fully inspect the house. What most impressed me is that he seemed to really understand the chemistry of the process like when he identified the type of stain it was clear how to get it removed. I would hire again, I’m going to encourage my landlord to use him again in the future.

MCC picked up my area carpets and cleaned stairs when carpets were returned. Everything was very easy and stress free. Rich did a wonderful, professional job!

Rich did another amazing job. We have 2 Goldens and occasionally accidents happen. He removed the lingering stains, some of which were there for months. Rich did a great job! He cleaned my kids bedrooms.... old beige carpets covered in mystery stains deposited there by my kids. Rich did his magic, and I could not be happier. I will definitely be using his services again.

Rich was awesome! Very professional and friendly. He took our 20+ Berber carpet and made it look almost new again. We had a huge turkey dripping stain from an energetic pup that had been there for months. Rich worked his magic and we don’t even see it even after it has dried for a few days. Better than expected. He also did our inside carpeted steps and got almost every stain out. We were ready to rip the carpets out, but due to COVID put the project on hold. With the holidays fast approaching we thought let’s clean to get through the holidays. We are so happy we did! Now things are refreshed and we are very happy with the results. Rich was very professional and friendly and he truly likes to make customers happy. We would use him again and recommend him highly!

WE got a prompt response, and in-home evaluation and estimate, and selected this firm over several others. The carpets were cleans as scheduled, and advice given on future care. Results were all that we could have asked for. The service was very accommodating.

I just had my white sectional sofa cleaned by Rich. It looks white again--including the spot where my cat threw up! Rich does excellent work and I appreciate his great communication and professionalism. Will be using MCC for all of our upholstery and rug cleaning needs.

We have had our family room carpet cleaned previously but none of those results came close to this time. Rick did a very thorough job, beginning with vacuuming and pre-spotting before cleaning, then cleaning and vacuuming the excess liquid. The carpet not only looks good but feels and smells clean, with no residual odor. We will have him back, for sure.

Rich did a great job! He was very professional and personable. My house is "party central" and the rugs take a terrible beating with dropped food and splashed wine. They look new, no spots, and they were NOT terribly wet as has happened with other cleaning services. With a few fans, they were 100% dry by the next morning. I'll keep Rich and My Carpet Cleaning Service in my contact list for sure!

Perfect. Rich and his crew did an amazing job. We called in a panic at 1am because we were overwhelmed. We expected to leave a message but amazingly, he picked up the phone! He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful throughout the experience. He explained clearly what needed to be done at each step of the way, all the way from cleaning and disinfecting the contaminated areas to replacing the damaged parts of the basement, and he walked us through the claims process with our homeowner's insurance. He was prompt, hardworking, meticulous in the details, and professional. He spend a significant amount of time corresponding with our insurance adjuster, which helped to speed the claims process along and ensured that we got coverage for whatever restoration was needed. He was also very warm, friendly and reassuring during what was a stressful experience. Finally, the end result couldn't have been nicer. We ended up with a beautiful new basement that we expect to give us wonderful memories for many years. A sincere thank you to Rich and his awesome assistant, Ahmed!

Rich was wonderful. He did an initial walkthrough, described the different services and made recommendations. He made suggestions for ways of protecting our pets, even though the fumes shouldn't be dangerous. When he came to do the cleaning, he was extremely thorough, and it was obvious that he cares about his work. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Just Great! I had used Rich once before and this time was a near perfect duplicate. Agreed to do the same work for the same price as last time, arrived on time, moved furniture and some clothes in closets, installed floor and corner protection, gave me progress updates, left clear instructions on after care and dud an excellent job of cleaning.

They picked up the rugs as scheduled and moved furniture that was too heavy for us in order to get the rugs out. Very polite and professional. The rugs look great after cleaning. One of the rugs is a large cashmere rug we got in India. It had a bad stain on it and we were very worried. They removed the stain We used them two years ago and will use them again without question. Highly recommend this company.

We replaced our wall to wall carpeting about 15 or more years ago, and never had it shampooed. Nor were we careful about wearing slippers or socks around the house. As a result, parts of our green or deep rose plush carpets became black over time, especially on steps and other heavily traveled pathways in the house. We used Angie’s List to identify carpet cleaning companies that were located more-or-less in our area, and contacted about 6 of them. Most of the companies sent us quotes very quickly either by email or by telephone call. Rich Gakavian, the owner of MCC Services, was the ONLY respondent who actually came to our house to see exactly what needed to be done. After looking over our blackened carpeting, he told us what he thought he could and could not accomplish with our dingy carpeting, and suggested two additional things we could do. One was using a product called DingeAway that would for 2-3 months make our stairs look brighter after they had been cleaned. After we mentioned that we still had left over, unused remnants for the carpeting on some especially bad stairs, he said that his colleague could replace the carpeting, and at a reasonable price. Rich then doublechecked our driveway to make sure that there were no electrical lines or tree branches that would impede his parking his truck close to our house. He also then submitted a detailed, room by room estimate of the cost of the cleaning. For all these reasons, he was by far the most professional of the companies who responded. He was also personally very pleasant, and easy to talk to. Rich himself came to our house to do the rug shampooing, a day or two after his colleague Ahmed came to replace the carpeting on the two most worn-out steps. The end result was even better than we expected based on his initial assessment of what could be done. All the blackness, and the numerous spots on our carpeting have disappeared. My husband and I are amazed at how comparatively new-looking the carpeting has become. He was very careful about having us move breakables out of danger’s way, and ended up himself moving a few items we had ignored to safer places. He seemed to have available a lot of specialized equipment for the cleaning process, was informative about what he was doing, and was cheerful throughout the process. It took less than a day for our carpeting to be completely dry, so that we could start the re-cluttering process. This company offers some additional services such as upholstery cleaning, and fixing flooring problems, such as those due to flooding. There is no question that we would use his company again, and we will certainly not wait so long next time to have our carpeting cleaned.
