They picked up the rugs as scheduled and moved furniture that was too heavy for us in order to get the rugs out. Very polite and professional. The rugs look great after cleaning. One of the rugs is a large cashmere rug we got in India. It had a bad stain on it and we were very worried. They removed the stain We used them two years ago and will use them again without question. Highly recommend this company.

We replaced our wall to wall carpeting about 15 or more years ago, and never had it shampooed. Nor were we careful about wearing slippers or socks around the house. As a result, parts of our green or deep rose plush carpets became black over time, especially on steps and other heavily traveled pathways in the house. We used Angie’s List to identify carpet cleaning companies that were located more-or-less in our area, and contacted about 6 of them. Most of the companies sent us quotes very quickly either by email or by telephone call. Rich Gakavian, the owner of MCC Services, was the ONLY respondent who actually came to our house to see exactly what needed to be done. After looking over our blackened carpeting, he told us what he thought he could and could not accomplish with our dingy carpeting, and suggested two additional things we could do. One was using a product called DingeAway that would for 2-3 months make our stairs look brighter after they had been cleaned. After we mentioned that we still had left over, unused remnants for the carpeting on some especially bad stairs, he said that his colleague could replace the carpeting, and at a reasonable price. Rich then doublechecked our driveway to make sure that there were no electrical lines or tree branches that would impede his parking his truck close to our house. He also then submitted a detailed, room by room estimate of the cost of the cleaning. For all these reasons, he was by far the most professional of the companies who responded. He was also personally very pleasant, and easy to talk to. Rich himself came to our house to do the rug shampooing, a day or two after his colleague Ahmed came to replace the carpeting on the two most worn-out steps. The end result was even better than we expected based on his initial assessment of what could be done. All the blackness, and the numerous spots on our carpeting have disappeared. My husband and I are amazed at how comparatively new-looking the carpeting has become. He was very careful about having us move breakables out of danger’s way, and ended up himself moving a few items we had ignored to safer places. He seemed to have available a lot of specialized equipment for the cleaning process, was informative about what he was doing, and was cheerful throughout the process. It took less than a day for our carpeting to be completely dry, so that we could start the re-cluttering process. This company offers some additional services such as upholstery cleaning, and fixing flooring problems, such as those due to flooding. There is no question that we would use his company again, and we will certainly not wait so long next time to have our carpeting cleaned.

Rich is great! This is the second time he has cleaned my carpets. Scheduling was simple. He is very thorough with the carpet cleaning, takes his time, gets all stains out, and leaves me with stain remover and booties upon completion. Rich was terrific, very professional and knowledgeable about the different kinds of stains, especially the pet stains. I had previously had other carpet cleaners who told me the stains were permanent and they couldn't do anything. Rich was able to get out those stains, remove odors, and the carpet looks like new. He was careful, thorough, and informative. He showed up on time, and worked efficiently.

Rich was a true professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would. The area rugs needed to go back to his facility for cleaning and he called exactly when he said he would to return them. The carpets and rugs look amazing! I can't remember them looking good. He cleaned up really nicely. Clearly, he has been to many houses with pets as he brought my dog treats. You should definitely use him if you want spotless carpets and rugs, done professionally.

The best carpet cleaning service I ever used. At my request, Rich changed the schedule to come to clean my carpet earlier to accommodate my needs. He was punctual, professional, detailed. and wonderful to work with. He got the age-old stains out of my carpet and the cleaned carpet looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Impeccable Service!!! It didn't help that when Rich came to my home, my 1yr old granddaughter gave him a big hug that is usually reserved for me..lol. Did I say Impeccable service? I meant it. Very professional. Very personable. He arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. I had some spots in my carpet that we were both doubtful if it would come out....But Rich worked his magic and the spots were removed and my carpets look amazing. I hired My Carpet Cleaning Service to clean the carpets in a couple rooms in our new house (new to us - but definitely not new carpets). I chose MCC because they were the most knowledgeable and professional in our initial visit, and they didn't let me down. Rich knows carpet cleaning backward and forward, and he was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, was the consummate professional throughout the work, and even provided some extra service. I don't write many reviews like this, but there aren't many people who know their business and take pride in their work like Rich does. I'd certainly hire them again any time I need carpet cleaning.

Rich was very professional and explained the process as to what would be done. He did not require a down payment. He said the four rugs would take about two weeks which was perfect for my time frame.

We had carpeting in several rooms of our house cleaned. The carpet was approximately 15 months old and the areas were heavily trafficked and soiled because we have 2 large golden retrievers. After Rich worked his magic, the carpets looks as if they were brand new. There were also a few stains from the Goldens doing their duty. Rich made them completely disappear without a trace. Mr. Gakavian is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He arrived on time, explained the work to be performed, and kept me informed of what was happening. He also gave us information on how to maintain our carpet and flooring, as well tips on how to avoid catastrophes, such as flooding, that would damage carpet and flooring.

Rich really enjoys what he is doing and is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained the work to be performed and thoroughly cleaned our sofa, sectional and carpet to our satisfaction. Rich was able to remove ink from a pillow and made everything look as good as new. He also left a cleaning solution to use if needed. Will definitely hire again!

Rich is a professional and knows how to get stains out of carpets. He uses various chemical mixtures depending on the stain and we have had some real bad ones --pet throw up, thermometer chemical splattered all over the floor, ink, and of course traffic on our stairs. We call MCC everytime and our 15 year carpets look very nice. He is constantly educating himself on what works and does not work.

This is the 3rd time we've used "Rich" & will continue to use his services in the future. He's always very personable & professional. We moved a lot of the smaller furniture out of the way & deep vacuumed the carpets, especially around the baseboards - This lowers the price significantly. Rich was amazing! My husband and I just bought a new house and my mom uses Rich and raved about him and how good his work is. My carpet in the new home I thought I would have to replace which would have cost $$$ so my mom suggested rich and so glad that I went that way. He made our carpet look almost new ! My kitchen tile were also in need of some TLC. He cleaned then and sealed them to keep them looking new. I highly recommend Rich. Dont know if you can tell from the photo but there was a really darken area in middle of carpet from wear and tear +/- pet wear. It looked completely improved after rich finished

Rich did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was able to take out a dark stain probably caused during replacement of the furnace. I can tell he took pride in his work. The whole process was easy.
