They were punctual, careful with my belongings, and went above and beyond by fixing a small issue with my bed frame, even providing a brand new piece at no extra cost!! Their attention to detail and exceptional service made my move stress-free. You donâ t need insurance with Movers on the way, because they will take care of you!! The only moving company I would use in the future! Highly recommend!

They are an excellent company and made our difficult experience of downsizing from a 6000 sq. ft. Into a 2400 sq ft condo very easy. They went the extra mile to insure that our concerns were addressed. We needed their help with the full pack service. But they knew there were several things we wanted to pack personally, so they brought over a few dozen boxes and packing material in advance. Their packing service was very careful and respectful of our wishes, as the prepared 27 years of our memories for the move. As they packed the trucks, they were able to identify and code which items would be headed to storage and with items would be headed to each individual room in our new home. The timing between closings required that Movers on the Way store our things for a few weeks. Another seamless process that they preformed. Move in day started with anxiety. But the crew was exceptional and soon set our minds at ease. There are companies which specialize in helping families downsize; what to donate, what to sell, what to recycle or throw away. Working with Movers on the way eliminated that step for us. Luis and his team of professionals guided us through this daunting process. We highly recommend their company.

Movers on the way gave me the best price in the market for a small load move from Rockville, MD to Washington, D.C. Luis Sr and Luis Jr. from Movers on the Way assisted me, they brought a small truck which was enough for our load. They were very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend requesting them both if you're moving from M.D., the area near D.C.

Movers on the Way offered me the most reasonable PRICE (not a price range of $400-500 as the other companies did) and I chose them based on this factor and their excellent customer reviews. Furthermore, despite my rational and logical arguments, other companies didn't take into consideration the price I tried to negotiate with them. Moving went smoothly from start to finish. The communication and collaboration with company representatives and movers was quite professional and helpful. This was the one company out of five I worked for that made me choose them, namely customer-first model. The next future customers will be happy to be served by this company, too.

This pro did a great job from the estimate, the price (3 bid process), through the move, and the follow-up. We were impressed with the quick and efficient way they organized and packed our things. Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve worked with every known moving Van Line there is. Movers on the way, is exceptional. They are absolutely the best Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve ever hired. No hidden fees or catches in the end. Very professional, kind and accommodating all the way. I cannot stress how pleased I was with the service they provided.

Bottom line: FANTASTIC experience with Luis and the Movers on the Way team! Everything was well communicated, and there were no surprises whatsoever. We adjusted our plans as our relocation timeline changed, and the team flexed with us - and did a second estimate after we moved some things to storage. They helped us outline a budget and work to meet it, and the execution was exceptional. Everything happened exactly on schedule, the packers/loaders/unloaders were professional and courteous, and everything was packed very well. We had ZERO damage. We have moved many times with military contract movers, and what a difference it makes when you get to choose your own! I highly recommend Movers on the Way, and appreciate how smooth they made the process!
