Description of Work: I hired the company to snake the drain to the main line about 3 months ago. The service went fine. One plumber came out and completed the job in a half day. They were great communicators.

Description of Work: Dug up my yard to replace the main water line. The problem existed on the WSSC side of the street! They ruined my yard, my fence, concrete walkway. They increased my water bill to double the cost of my average bill. It was a horrible experience!

Description of Work: The faucet in my bathtub leak and the water came through my dinning room ceiling. He repaired the leak, replaced the faucet and spout. He also put an access door in the back of the bathroom for easy access. I thought it was a little expensive.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced the flappers, etc., on the inside of 3 toilets. The flappers were worn out, thus causing leaks. The plumber did a great job. He replaced the mechanisms that needed to be replaced and tested them afterwards to make sure there weren't any more leaks. I haven't had any problems with the toilets since then.

Description of Work: Replaced sewage ejector pump in the basement. Did the job well but the price of the work compared to the price of the pump itself was off the wall. The three hour charge for what was clearly no more than a one hour effort was frustrating.

Description of Work: I had a four hour window for the plumber to arrive. He arrived about 1.5 hours late. I did receive a call from the office saying he would be late, but a promise is a promise. The problem turned out to be a cracked toilet bowl tank and the toilet had to be replaced. He happened to have on on the truck for $850! I refused and he said he could get another for $550. This was a bit high, but rather than start with another plumber and another lost day from work, I accepted. In removing the old toilet, nothing was laid down on the floor and water d\ripped out onto my floor which i had to clean up. He seemed unprepared for that. Otherwise the installation went well and the new toilet is functioning. I think next time I will call a smaller plumbing company.
