We had our sump pump replaced by these guys. They couldn't reconnect it to the sewer line do to code which I understand. So their solution run the line out the front of the house above ground next to my front door and into my rain garden which is now a pond. Also the pump vibrates so loudly it can be heard on the second floor. My wife fought with the tech about this and he said I could fix the noise by putting a board and a strap on the pipe, and he couldn't bury the line because it was almost 5 PM. She wrote him the check anyway, we definitely didn't get a detailed invoice. I called to complain and the lady was very nice, sympathized with me....even said we definitely don't want to drive down your property value. She agreed to send a tech on Saturday to fix it free of charge. The tech came out and tried to tie the line back into the sewer line in the basement. When I told him that it was a code violation he explained that it would back into the utility sink first and asked me if I ever had an issue. I said no but pushed back since two plumbers had told me you can't discharge into the sanitary system. We went outside to look at the pipe, and found a gutter pipe that runs to a french drain. He said he would run the pipe above ground to the drain, when I asked him to bury it he said he didn't have enough pipe. Then the service manager calls. He says he wants the same tech who came and did the original work to come back out on Monday. Neither my wife nor I can miss work to deal with this again. He pushes back, I send photos, he tells me its unreasonable for me -a small business owner myself- to not allow the same tech to come back Monday. They leave without fixing the loud vibration in the house, no resolution on the pond. Leaving me and my family to deal with this some other way. These guys are the worst. I can understand not covering the hole cost of the service if it were a huge expense, however, I am not going to pay to undo and redo work that was simply done terribly the first time around. I also don't deserve to be left with this mess in my yard, told I am unreasonable for not closing my business for a day to come home and deal with the tech who fought with my wife the first time he was here. What a joke.

Went fine but nearly $500 for one unobstructed faucet?

The drain was adequately cleaned out but the worker broke something that holds the drain overflow cover plate against the tub surface and it cannot be reattached. It was fine before he began to work on it and had been securely fastened for several years. I wasn't watching while he worked so I don't know what happened. I can only guess that a piece that was holding the plate in place broke off and fell into the drain. According to the plumber, the only way to fix the problem is to open up the wall and replace the pipe that connects to the overflow opening with a pipe to which the cover plate can be attached. This will be a very expensive fix so we are obviously less than satisfied.

Great work; the technician arrived when expected, examined the faucet and recommended a new faucet to repair the leaky one. He promptly set to work and made the needed repairs. Excellent work and we would certainly use them again!

Not very good. No discount for using Angie's List. Prices way over national average for type of service. Customer Service gave unprofessional response when asked about cost and discounts. Manager did contact me the next day however, I was unable to speak with him at the time regarding the issue. I returned the calls days later, and as of today 10/12, have no heard back.

The technician had to take the toilet out in order to use a snake. He finished the work and was on his way out with all his equipment when I I went to check the service and saw that the shower and the toilet were still completely clogged! The bathroom got flooded again and he had to start over. Finally he unclogged both toilet and drain and went on his way. Now, a few days later, I have a toilet downstairs clogged, which I think is related to the original problem. So, in summary, I was not impressed neither very confident he completed the job! And it was super expensive! And he said they didn’t offer any warranty for their services! I’m hiring another company to unclog the downstairs toile.

They told me to be home at a certain time. I left work early - no one showed. I called Marcy back and she switched me to Jessica who said they had no idea what happened. If you schedule with them make sure you have a lot of time to waste.

Excellenty. Basement flooded two days before vacation. Plumber came within 2 hours and fixed by early afternoon.

Great! They took the time to explain and answer all of our questions before starting work. There were no surprises when they were done and everything worked.iThey cleaned up all of their work again. We have a very long drive way and they did an awesome job getting it all taken care of. Best plumbers I have ever ad. I won't be trying anyone else.

Great -- the plumber arrived within an hour or two of my husband calling and was able to locate the leak and repair it. He also found and repaired an additional issue that we did not even know we had (an attachment to our hot water heater that regulates water pressure needed replacement).

Toilet did not need to be augered, plumber was told this .Service requested was to remove toilet and retrieve toy lodged in system. Object was retrieved from plumbing but toilet was not re- bolted to the floor. This resulted in a different plumber coming out to correct this error. While the first plumber had to pay the second one out of his own pocket for this additional work, this did not negatively inpact the first guy since he had already charged us for the un-needed and hastily performed augering in addition to the removal of the toilet. Do not use this plumber. Not honest and not competent.

Tech was great. Personable, professional, polite, courteous, on time. An unfortunate end-result is the reason for the poor overall review. Tech is a good guy, and he returned to fix the problem, but the water damage and resulting inconvenience was already done. Sometimes unfortunate things happen to good people. Replaced broken handles in main shower. Removed old faucet through the access panel; supplied and installed a new tub and shower faucet; installed new shower arm, escutcheon, shower head, tub spout, and new handles. Purchased from inventory in truck. Replaced shut off and replaced faucet in bathroom sink; removed old faucet and drain; supplied and installed new lavatory faucet and pop-up assembly drain; reattached to existing trap; supplied and installed new supply lines from water pipes to faucet. Purchased from inventory in truck. Not my first choice for main bathroom, but I didn't have time to go buy a replacement. Discovered shut-offs to main did not work; replaced shut off valves and installed water regulator valve. In doing so, solder was not sealed. Leak from faulty solder work resulted in a slow drip that was not noticed for several days. Resulted in completely saturated carpet in basement. Had carpet ripped out and fans installed for a week to dry out the basement. Carpet not replaced. And paneling covering water main lines not replaced because shut off valves in a different location and new access panels need to be cut.

Repaired the pipes without issue, provided tips to prevent future problems and left a clean area before leaving.

I contacted Len the Plumber after hours after our hot water heater broke and they came out promptly the next morning and were able to install a new water heater the same day. They were very professional and extremely tidy. It was a pleasure working with Len the Plumber.

He completed the job quickly, and cleaned up any water than leaked during the faucet replacement.

They unclogged sewer line and did a great job.

Work was difficult because the valve was located in a bathroom [a bad design choice] and a vanity had been installed over the valve location. The first plumber had to call in a second plumber because a special tool was required to avoid using a torch. This resulted in a delay of one day and the price was increased over the estimate. My brother us a commercial builder in the area and advised that the final price was $200 - $300 more than what he would have paid.

The technician was on time and great. The worked performed was great. My only negative is I thought it was a little expensive. But the work was as good as it could have been.

Very well. He was on time, professional and finished the job in the timeframe quoted.

really not solved but they said while they were they I should change/upgrade our mail waterline valve...and I did to the cost of ...$400.00++

The plumber gave excellent service with good suggestions on how to resolve the matter permanently.

Led to overflow and damage to wood floor. Cslled Len again another flood came out a third time more floiding. Called another plumber who quickly discovered the fill level too high. Cost me another $300

After paying $300 for a complete toilet rebuild , flooding occurred because wster level was set tok high. Len came out three times and could not find problem. Hired another plumber . Who found problem in two minutes and $200
