Len The Plumber, LLC.

This company was pretty decent, and the guy that showed up was pretty good. We had a conversation that he charged me $65 for a part that was only $5, but he had to come out all the way to my house, and he offered to look at other things around the house. He was a very nice kid, and he was very honest with me. I trusted him.

Everything was okay. They were on time, and he was efficient. I would recommend them. I didn't do that much cost comparison, so I don't know if they were the most economical choice.

The service was very good. They were great. We had a very good experience with them. The plumber who came out was extremely friendly, professional, efficient, and he fixed it immediately.

There is no problem with the water heater itself. The connection from the gas line to the water heater was done with a flexible, plastic connection. When the inspector came, he grabbed the pipe and shook it and said that the pipe needs to be stabilized. It either needed to be anchored or it needed to be a solid metal pipe. Len The Plumber came back out after the inspection was done and did it correctly with a metal pipe at no additional charge. A second inspector came out and said it was fine. I would give them an A for the correction but an F for the first attempt.

Excellent service from a competent and courteous professional. Tom S arrived punctual, analysed the cause of the water heater issue and proceeded to offer me impartial advice on my options. Once we agree on the scope of work he worked seven and a half hours flat out until the job was complete.

Every individual that was part of this project was professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented, efficient and thorough at their particular task. The effort was described in detail to me before I signed the contract and everything done as part of the project was accomplished as described. Even the incredible amount of dirt that had to be dug and then replaced. At the end of each day, we were left with full water and sewer service, so the company phased the work clearly with the customer in mind. We highly recommend Len the Plumber for a major undertaking like a sewer replacement.

My experience with Len the Plummer went great! I wanted this work done soon so they came a day early. The plummer was informative and explained everything that he was going to do. The estimate was also upfront. I would use them again.

Arrived on time, and were very reasonable in cost. They recommended reasonable repairs. I would use them again and can recommend them to anyone.

He cut a hole in drywall on inside of house to access the supply pipe and solder a replacement valve & pipe. I told him that I would repair and paint the drywall so he left it open. The work that he did was satisfactory. The cost was $529.00 after a ten dollar discount. I feel I was gouged and should have done the work myself.

Service was fine, and appreciated that it was done promptly. Seemed possible to have scheduled the same service at better price.

The toilet replacement was fine. The replacement of the faciat went well, but they had to return 3 times to get it to stop leaking. The over all service failed to meet our expectations!

The service went very well, they were prompt, and gave us good advice. They gave us a choice and options. I didn't feel pressured by the company to purchase anything. They explained the service very well and they even installed a device we purchased instead of demanding to use their own. They were prompt, educated, nice and clean.

I have had very good exprience. They came right away. They are dependable. We didn't have any unexpected issues.

The cost of the service was too high. It was a couple hundred dollars over what I was expecting to spend. The only problem I had with them was the price. They were professional. I used them again last year at the other property.

I was very disappointed. I called about a leaky bathtub faucet. He began telling me about all the other things wrong with the bathroom. I had to remind him about the faucet. He told me he had never heard of the brand of faucet I had and could not get repair/replacement parts for it (without looking it up or making any phone calls). He said he would have to go into the wall and pull out the entire faucet system and replace it with a different brand (very expensive). He gave me estimates for 3 separate issues and left. I called the company to schedule an appointment for service. They said they would give him my request and he would call to schedule a time to come out. That was last week. Still waiting. I called another plumbing company. They have already come out and given me an estimate, and scheduled an appointment to come out. I realize this is only a critique of the estimate process and not any actual work, so please take it as that.

I saw the ad for this company in the AL magazine. They promised more prompt service than I received. I never received an email confirmation or return phone calls like they promised. They said they needed a 4 hour window but I only had a 3 hour window. They said they couldn’t work with that so they said they would come out the next day. I had to call three or four additional times to the office. After someone eventually comes they tell me that it would be an hour. I had another appointment so I had to go inside and get ready and it turned out to be a 15 minute job. They waived a fee for me but it was still an exorbitant amount for a 15 minute job.

The price seemed a little high for what they were doing but they have a book that they look everything up and it's based upon what the book price is. They did a good job. Their responsiveness was good. We had to do some work on the crawl space to make it accessible. They were there when they said they would be there. They were a little bit later than they said, but not a lot.

A very pleasant plumber came to our house and took care of a scary situation. We were grateful that this company was able to send someone right away to fix a gas leak inside our house.

The gentleman who came was professional and prompt. I was pretty upset as this was the 3d flood from a burst pipe in 3 years without obvious relationship among them. After some investigation, he suggested that the underlying cause might be the lack of a pressure regulator which, he said, is required by code on newer homes but not required to be retrofitted. Two of the three pipes that burst were toilet supply lines which are weaker being flexible and the third had turned out to have preexisting pinhole leaks, and it made sense to me that the varying/excessive pressure would cause the weakest pipes to give way first. So I had a pressure regulator installed and hope that will be the end of the upsetting and expensive floods. He also replaced a leaking shower head for me at no additional charge which I appreciated.

The plumber was on time & unclogged the drain within 10 mins. He was professional & although I couldn't locate my coupon from Angie's list magazine, he gave me the "first time users discount".

Nothing at all due to a complete failure on the part of their after hours staff to enter an appointment. We waited around all morning for the plumber to arrive and needless to say, we will never have any plumbing done by this company.

Excellent work at a fair price by Steve Bittner. I had a pin leak in a water heater expansion tank that sprayed water everywhere. I called Len and the other big guys in the area and Len got here first, within two hours of calling. Steve was very friendly and took the time to fully explain the system and what went wrong. He gave me an estimate and we settled on what I thought was a fair price for the installation of a new expansion tank. I will use Len again and recommend them.

It was fine. Everything was fixed timely. They were probably more expensive than others, but besides that, I have no complaint. It cost $1500 and then something else broke a week later, and I think it was another $1000. They were reliable, they were clean, they did what they needed to do, and then cleaned up after themselves. I have no problems on the service, just on the price.
