This was fair. They recommended some things. They are very expensive. They recommended a part that didn’t replicate the part that they had, it was only one they had on the truck. The technician was nice but I wasn’t pleased with the part and I could have gotten a free part. The part that was changed was a faucet for my kitchen sink. The only on their truck was an alternate part which had I know I would have gotten the part for free from the company and during the conversation that’s what he said but I was in an emergency so I needed it. The cost was astronomical. The part is a fiber glass part. It looks cheap and it feels cheap. The other one I had was like heavy duty stuff like you would normally see in a kitchen and this is somewhere between paper and plastic. It was the product and not the guy. I had them give me an estimate for other work in my house and everything was way out. The service technician was ok and I was obvious that he know what he was doing and he identified my problem. I explained the part I needed, it was MOEN but when he got here h got another part.

They're great. I think we've had them a couple of times. They came out on a short notice on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely use them again.

The whole process was seamless. The plumber was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He had to replace a 40 year old toilet and water lines that hadn't been used in years....not pleasant, but he was awesome and did an outstanding job. He had to drag all equipment and new toilet up 3 flights of stairs and was a trooper, on an exceedingly hot summer day. I can't say enough about the entire company! Would highly recommend them.

The techquichen did a good job and was personable. The problem was that the price was about 25 % more than other plumbers!

Do NOT use this company!!! I cannot stress that enough. On Monday, called Len The Plumber because I had a massive amount of water coming through the ceiling on the 2nd floor. The Technician pulled the toilet in the 3rd floor Master Bathroom and snaked the stack line. The Master Bathroom drain began to flow again. The Technician did not check any of the other toilets or drains in the house. When asked what the clog was, Technician responded that he did not actually pull out any clog, but considered the job done. 3 days later, I had a flood in my basement, 1st floor. Called Len The Plumber back and was told that they could not come out b/c they were booked for the night, even though I told them that my house was actively flooding! Ended up calling Roto-Rooter who came out to fix the problem. Roto-Rooter technician fixed the clog by removing a blockage in the main sewer line to the house. However, in addition to the split ceiling on the 2nd floor, I now had sewage all over the 1st and 2nd floors, resulting in the need for a Water Mitigation team to come in and clean up the mess and a property claim being filed with insurance in order to repair my house. Both the Roto-Rooter plumber and the Insurance Adjuster said that they believe that the Len The Plumber Technician did not clear the pipes; rather, just pushed it down the pipes further, resulting in the 2nd even worse overflow situation. After the issue was fixed, I called Len The Plumber and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to someone, but couldn't get his name, and explained the situation. He actually told me that since the Master bathroom drains were working again, the 2nd problem must be a result of another clog happening within the 3 days. Um, what? I told him that no reasonable person would believe that in the course of 3 days, I developed not 1 but 2 major blockages in my pipes. I asked for a legible copy of the invoice so that I could turn it into insurance and also a refund on at least the charge for the supposed "clearing" of the pipes. I was told that I would receive the copy of the invoice and then he would be back to me on the refund, but that they do not refund money. I called on Friday and I had to call again on Tuesday because no one got back to me and I still do not have a copy of the invoice. When I called, there were no notes on my file regarding my conversation with the supervisor and, even after explaining my issue, I was transferred to "Cynthia" in Dispatch who answered the phone with an "um, so, yeah, you need to have someone come and clear your drain, right?" I am still waiting on a call back from the supervisor. STAY AWAY from this company! Not only do they have incompetent technicians, it is obvious that the incompetency and lack of any type of customer service comes from the top down!

Len came out same day - but the cost was double the 4 other estimates that I got - I was told it was because they have to rent their equipment? I can't believe that - we didn't choose this vendor.

I thought they were an A in some areas. I think they were way overpriced. We haven't had problem with the quality. We would use them probably after we get several bids.

My elderly mother called them to snake the toilets and when they arrived they convinced her that she needed to purchase replacement parts for each toilet at the cost of hundreds of dollars. The parts were new floaters and flappers (available for $11 from Home Depot). It should be noted that these were completely unnecessary repairs. Her toilets were not running and there was no issue with the tanks at all. The next day I called Len The Plumber's main office (410-247-9970) and eventually got in touch with the district manager for the Maryland/Virginia area. His name is Brad Davis. Mr. Davis was not only unhelpful, but he went so far as to suggest that it was my fault for allowing my easily confused mother to call a plumber! Unbelievable and completely unethical. Do not use Len The Plumber!

Fantastic, wonderful, professional. As far as I'm concerned, he was a life saver! A is not a high enough rating! I highly recommend him! He explained everything in great detail.

I called Len the Plumber at 10:30pm on a Thursday evening, very kind and compassionate gentleman on dispatch told me I would be on the early morning response list. I received a call before 7am the next morning and was told that I would be the first early morning call. Lal Bochung called me by 8:30 am and was at my house shortly thereafter, determined that the back up was an outside drain issue, snaked the drain four times from the house to the street (120 feet) and kept me informed as he went along, because it could have been tree limbs in the drain. He determined that it most likely was calcium buildup and not the roots, cleaned out the drain, sanitized and cleaned up the mess and smell in the basement, and also fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. Lal is a very efficient worker and I am so grateful for the prompt service. I highly recommend this company!

It was expensive but I don't really have anything to compare it to. I had used a different company in the past but it wasn't that expensive. He came in the other day because my kitchen sink faucet was broken. I had purchased a new one and he put that one in. Sometimes you don't know if these people are lying or not because he said that one of my shut off valves need replacing and so he did that as well. It all total up to be about $452. The faucet is in there perfectly and it works. I don't have any issue with that, no issue with his work at all. I don't know if he was stiffing me on valve or not but I just went ahead and got it replaced anyway. The work was fine, I don't have any issue about the work but when the gentleman spring time to fix the two faucets out front and back, the hose spigots, it was an emergency because whenever you turned it on, the water went back up into the house. The pipes were just broken, they had a split in it. He showed me the pipe and there was a big gash. I don't have any issue with that whatsoever. He did try to make me like the entire house set off valve. He said that it was getting corroded and it would be best for me to get it replaced now. They would have to jack hammer the floor all the way out to the street and that was $8000. I was like you are out of your mind, don't fix what is not broken. Because, as far as I am concerned I get some baking powder solution and get that algae off of it. Part of me feels like they try to up sell you on stuff, but that may just be me. I am always kind of weary of service people because they always just want make you buy stuff that you don't necessarily need. The work was perfect. But I was like, you came here to fix the two faucets and you are trying to make me purchase something that is $8000. The quality is really good. Both of the faucets, I really like. They are heavy and substantial.They are put in there perfectly. I am hoping that next spring I don't have another busted pipe. the faucet that I purchased, he was able to get in there perfectly. It doesn't move and it doesn't leak. I can wiggle it right now and it is in there perfectly. They gave me an appointment the same week which was really cool because I was off on vacation. That was a big life saver meaning I didn't have to take off work. They were here on time both times. Both of them were very professional.

I didn't use him because he was incredibly expensive. He did have his representative come out and look at the facet his representative is the one that was calling back to the head office and to get cost and pricing and everything like that he was the one that gave me $590.

They are very good but I'll never use them again. They are too expensive and they gauge you. I think I was ripped off the last time. It cost me about $1400 to put in something. I'm not happy, we'll never use them again. The work was fine. Everything was fine except for the price. I've already told them, they know.

The service went very well. They are always great. They are very efficient and friendly. They get to work and he clean up after himself. It was very satisfactory. I decided I like them a lot. They diagnose. I do not get any feeling of leading you on or any tracing. They are able to respond same day usually.

I called multiple plumbers and 1 company was going to charge me $800+. Len came on time, was courteous solved my problem and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I loved their service.

The job was scheduled for 3-6 pm . However the technician was held on another job. So, the found another technician to come, who arrived about 7:15 pm. He did not speak very good english so our communication was limited. But, he seemed to understand me better than I was able to understand him. He immediately gave me a bill for $389.00 before he even tried to snake the drain. So, I guess this is a standard price. He was finally able to get the drain cleared after about 30 minutes of work. The job felt pricey , but I am not clear on the going rate for a basic drain cleaning. So, Len the plumber was fine. They were diligent in getting someone there and they sent me a feed back survey the next day. I just wish I had had time to compare prices. I was just focused on getting the drain fixed before another big rain.

Everything went smoothly. The gentleman was very efficient and got the work done quickly.

After giving the original contractor a chance to repair the damaged plumbing on my outdoor sump-pump, I called in the experts from Len the Plumber. The Bethesda, Maryland area Service Technician, Mr. Thomas Hamilton, responded to my call for help. To say it was a pleasure watching him work would be an understatement. The total professionalism and competence he exhibited upon tackling the job was evident from the start of the job through its successful completion. In about an hour he had completely fixed the plumbing issues with the sump-pump and had things back to normal in practically no time. I heartily commend Mr. Hamilton on his knowledge, competency, and highly proficient manner in which he resolved the problem. A very personable young man, Mr. Hamilton related how his grandfather also was a plumber. I know his grandfather would be proud to know the family tradition is very much in good hands! Mr. Hamilton is a credit to his employer, Len the Plumber, and I have no reservations recommending both the company and this particular Service Technician to anyone in the Maryland and Washington Metro Area in need of plumbing services.
