Description of Work: Had appt. for Fri, 1/8/16 and no one showed. Called company at 3pm and they said technician could not come until late. At 7pm they called to say he could not come until Sat (after I waited at home all day)! |When the technician came Sat he was very professional and clearly explained my options for repair. He was very helpful.

Description of Work: Replaced the power supply in our 3 year old plasma TV. Came out on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Very professional, kind and helpful. Even helped me move our old backup (CRT) TV back upstairs!

Description of Work: My TV's picture went out and Jeff Weins came out believing, as I did that the DLP TV's bulb was burned out. He replaced the bulb and then determined that there was a lot more wrong with the TV and said it was not cost effective to replace it. He removed the bulb he put in and only charged me for the service call. I have never seen such an honest person. In addition, he gave me the names of people who could help me with an installation of a new system. I would highly recommend using Mr. Weins and would hire him again if anything went wrong with my sets.

Description of Work: We had no picture on our 46 inch Samsung TV. They found the problem, ordered the part and 2 days later we were watching TV. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They fixed our tv. Needed 2 capacitors. Did not understand why I was charged $95 twice for service call and technical time. They were not here long at all. Then noticed that they overcharged me again by $5 because they did not add the charges up correctly.

Description of Work: they hung two television sets on the wall. Ordered a new TV for one of the walls. Installed them beautifully and I could not be happier. They know what they are doing and take pride in doing it well. Can't go wrong. ps I allowed them in my house when I was not there and they left everything neat and clean.

Description of Work: Hooked up my TV to all the auxiliaries, showed me simple ways to use all of them, even solved a problem with my tuner. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: We took our Samsung 46" flat screen in for repair. The power was cycling on and off. They diagnosed the problem and fixed very quickly. We took the TV in on a Friday afternoon, they had diagnosed it by Saturday afternoon and we picked up on the following Monday. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: These guys were great. The owner, Earl told me they've been there for over 30 years. Very friendly, personable staff. They provided a quick repair estimate for my Vizio hd TV. Most importantly, they fixed my TV at a reasonable price. I took the TV in one day, got it back the next day, if you don't count the Sunday they were closed. This is where I will start for all my future electronic repairs. Highly recommend this repair shop.
