He actually offered to come on the spot when I called, so don't mistake his eagerness for desperation, but rather for expedience. Customer service is excellent! I was contacted with in minutes of submitting the request. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Damien was on time, got right to work, explained what he was doing & cleaned up when he was done. I would use Mack's again and recommend him.

He did a great job cleaning out our air ducts & dryer vent. He was the first one to call me after putting in my request and called within only a few minutes of the request. I described the problem over the phone and he quoted me a price without ever seeing how much work there was to do. Very pleased and looking to possibly use them for cleaning our carpets in a couple of months, too.

Very Helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything he did, showed the results, he even got our dryer working after cleaning the dryer vent of a lot of lint and even a mouse (house had been vacant a while). Loved the service and will definitely use again.
