We moved into a 14 year old townhome and was convinced that the previous owners had NEVER cleaned the ducts! My kid with allergies was coughing all night, so I made a desperate request for cleaning ASAP! He went out of his way to work late, was very thorough, and I don't hear my son coughing! We will definitely be calling for his service again and will be recommending him to friends and family! Thank you very much!!

Cleaned air ducts, changed furnace filter; cleaned and replaced dryer tubing to prevent further buildup of lint. He was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable, sharing information about our 40 year old house that, as new owners, we were not aware of. He was punctual, efficient and we will use his services again.

Gave a reasonable price. Did not try to nickel and dime me. He is the owner, a one man company, so you know he will do a good job. I would recommend to friends and use him again.

After reading scary reviews about every air duct cleaning company I came across, I saw that Mack's had awesome reviews. I see why, after the work he did today: Got my air ducts, dryer vent and carpet cleaned so professionally. my carpet had a rust stain, It simply vanished and I was delighted. House feels so fresh. Rotor brush was put deep inside every vent including bathrooms. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, gave me tons of useful, important advise. changed my filter with a new one he had. Reasonably priced. what more could i ask for. look no further!

Damian was very professional and helpful in explaining the work and what we were to expect after the work was completed. We felt the difference immediately and he also cleaned our dryer vents which were a complete fire hazard. We are super pleased with his work and he even removed a nest we had in the exhaust vent and put up a bird cage - thank you so much Home Advisor for the recommendation and having Mack's Home Services listed!!! Some of the others we contacted were less in the cost of their services, but Mack's seem to be highly knowledgeable and very well educated on the systems and tools required. He was very good about explaining why and how he was doing everything.

Very pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end. I came from out of time to have the work done on my brother's home. Everything was explained to me before the work was done on my vent ducts. Daryl even showed me how to install the filter and how frequent to change it. Daryl was prompt and did a thorough job. With company coming, Damien was prompt to answer my plea to clean only my dryer vent. He was easy to set a date with, prompt that day and affordable. My dryer has never worked this good. Damien is personable, professional, and easy to have around. I will be calling him for other items I need done.

My dryer vent was extremely clogged and recommended by an appliance repair man to have the vent snaked out by a duct cleaner. Damien actually contacted me and was able to come out the same day. He was prompt, professional, and able to assess the problem quickly and accurately. He was very thorough and neat. He also provided helpful tips in proper vent maintainence to prevent this potentially dangerous problem from happening again. I will definitely be calling Damien again for any future duct work on my home!
