Damien of Mack's Home Services is the sort of person everyone hopes for in a contractor. He cares deeply about doing a good job, and he does everything he can to make sure he gives the customer the most possible. Our HVAC system is a little complex and he quoted a flat rate (no nickel and diming on vents, returns etc) which normally requires about 5 hours of work and spent 7 hours on it. I could tell he was getting late for dinner and was apologising to his kids but he still did everything to perfection. He was my best X'mas present for this year. More power to people like Mack's and Damien.

He did a really good job of cleaning the vents and of informing us of the process each step of the way.

My ducts had never been cleaned and using a real professional to do the job was unbelievable. I had my ducts cleaned in our previous home but not like Mack's Home Service did the job. Believe it or not I did not sneeze or cough after the ducts were cleaned and my husbands snoring was reduced by 70% and he was not gasping for air while sleeping - I do believe the three furnaces were so dirty due to our animals and our smoking that we were really breathing in dirty air. Also, I had my 2 dryers cleaned and the clothes dry quicker and are much more fluffy. Everyone should should spend the few dollars to breath cleaner air in their homes, after all we do spend a lot of time in our homes and sleeping so we should be breathing clean air.

Prompt, courteous service. Cleaned up after job - respectful of the home and contents. Great price for the job performed - cleaned all air ducts and changed furnace filter. Would definitely recommend and will use them for future projects.

Technician was very professional and friendly. Step-by-step cleaning was explained and problem areas were pointed out while cleaning. Vendor quoted 185.00 for the cleaning. However, bill came out to 200.00 with the purchase of an air filter made the service 205.00. 15.00 hidden cost was not explained and was not noted on the invoice. Overall, it was an excellent job with a reasonable price and would not hesitate to hire again.

Mack is the owner and provider of all services. He is friendly, courteous, honest, thorough, and professional. I only had my dryer vent cleaned, but he gave me a free evaluation for my air ducts and was truthful that they didn't need cleaning. How many other businesses do you know that would have jumped at the chance to do additional work that wasn't really necessary.

Mr Daimen showed up early was very perfessional and knowable about not only vents but furnaces as well. He provided more than just vent cleaning, he educated me on how to save my utility bill. Thank you,

This gentleman called me quickly after my online inquiry. He was knowledgeable about the services he was offering. He gave me an outline of what would be performed and how much those services would cost. There weren't any hidden add on costs. He also politely answered all my questions about his business (i,e,insurance,bonding, BBB membership,etc, ) . He showed up as he said he would . Was both pleasant and professional. Completed the job well !

Professional service, arrived on time, and did more than what he thought was originally needed. Our old dryer vent system was releasing lint into the air in our basement. Damien ran new dryer line and taped all of the seams so no more leaks. This fix should help us all breathe better without being exposed to all that lint. I would recommend his service to others, don't try to do this yourself.

Damien came and did what he said he would do. He was down to Earth and respectful. Would hire him again.
