Disappointed in poor communication and mediocre quality of work. I met with the salesperson Randy when he came to look at the kitchen and discussed seam placement with him and he couldn't answer my question. I asked the template person when he came where the seams would be and he couldn't answer my question but wrote in the paperwork I wanted the seam to the left of the sink. When the installers came I found out there were TWO seams, one on each side of the sink and that option was never discussed with me. Talking to the general manager did not help - he basically said I was SOL. The sink cutout was pathetic with some edges flush, some negative, and some positive. The seams were very obvious. Eventually the service manager came to look at the job they did, and arranged to have the sink cutout redone, but my concern about having one more seam than expected fell on deaf ears. They redid the sink cutout and it is now imperfect but acceptable. The seams are better.
