About us

Workers: I am the owner of the company, I am also the lead carpenter on every project. We will do one project at a time using a team assembled for that project. I often hire licensed and insured pros for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Geo-Thermal, Structural Engineering, Architectural and any other trade that requires special licensing. We charge $150 minimum fee. Projects are billed in accordance with state law. Generally 1/3 of the contract sum is due at signing, but I'm often flexible on larger projects as well as when insurance, mortgage, and other types of financing is involved.

I run a general remodeling company. I handle everything that needs to be done for your project. We do projects in this order of preference. Residential bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and additions. Almost anything that needs to be remodeled or repaired in a residential property can be found within the scope of the above mentioned projects. So we really do almost anything related to residential properties.

Services we don't offer

if you are not building or remodeling, you will save money by contacting companies that specialize in one or two things. Here are some examples of specialized trades: Excavation, concrete, large scale framing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, windows and doors, flooring, siding, exterior trim, gutters, and roofing. HOWEVER...If you need TWO or more of these things, then you might be better off hiring my company to handle the work.
