From the beginning, we noticed that Rick only wanted to work evenings and had trouble with punctuality. He had hired a helper named Mike who he left at our house after he had left. Mike would stay and work sometimes until 10 at night, way after we were ready for house work to be completed. Mike was relatively green at this, but was very polite and courteous. By the end of the project we were extremely happy to have them finished with our house. In order for the company to improve, the owner must make better use of his personnel and not over commit with the knowledge that they can't do the work. I would not recommend this company.

We cannot reccommend this company. The experience was not good. The job was never completed, there were lots of excuses. The subcontractors were unreliable. It was just a bad job overall. It does not look good, but we can't go back now to fix it because paint is already completed. I am very dissapointed. The owner is very unprofessional and not MHIC licensed.

From the start, we noticed Rick seemed to have problems meeting his appointments. Several times he would promise to call or come by the job site & never showed up. He would send his crews out, but there were specific items we needed done that we could not communicate to them (language barrier). We ended up doing some of the patch work ourselves because he wouldn't show when he promised. The price was reasonable, but there were plenty of headaches.

THEY HAD TEXTURED MY CEILING WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN, AFTER HAVING A LEAK IN MY KITCHEN THEY CAME IN REPAIRED/PATCHED AND RETEXTURED SO YOU WOULD EVEN NOTICED UNLESS YOU KNEW WHERE THE LEAK WAS ORIGINALLY.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL THE CEILING WAS LEAKING AND REPLACED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. MY CEILINGS WERE TEXTURED AND AFTER THE CEILING WAS REPAIRED I COULD NOT SEE A DIFFERENCE. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE CLEAN UP.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE BID OF FOUR WE RECEIVED. THEY SPENT THE TIME IT TOOK TO MAKE THE CHANGES AND UPDATES WE WANTED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.
