CARPET ECT

We are just thrilled with our new carpet.  From the moment I walked into their show room, I I knew they were the company I wanted to buy from.  Every person I worked with was professional and punctual which meant a great deal to me.  Instead of trying to shove one product or another at me, I was walked around the show room and told about the differences in the carpets I was looking at as well as the pros and cons to different materials and brands.  I took home a few samples and chose what I liked best.  The gentleman that came out to measure was just the nicest guy, clean and professional.  I never at any time felt like I was dealing with salesman.  Just good people that were happy to help me.  Our install was delayed a week due to the blizzard (totally understandable!), but they rescheduled promptly.  The installers were fantastic.  They arrived right when they said they would.  They moved furniture with care and did a wonderful job putting in the new carpet.  The carpet itself is beautiful and we just couldn't be happier.  When it's time to do the rest of the house, we'll be going right back to Carpets Etc.
