They did the work very quickly. I drove my car over, they drove me home and then when it was done they picked me up. I saw that they were working on some very high end cars so that gave me confidence. You couldn't tell that my car was ever damaged. The painting and repair were excellent. I got five different estimates and theirs was the best. They were so friendly and they had a good price. Another time, my daughter's Volkswagen Bug had a headlight out. Normally the dealership charges about $200 for that and Precision did it for us for almost half the cost. My daughter is a college student, so needless to say she doesn't have a lot of money for that. I think that they actually charged me less than their actual labor rate. They do very nice work. They were excellent.

This is hands down the best Body shop in Maryland, these guys are experts at what they do. Pablo and his crew are one of a kind, they're very honest and very friendly. Many other body shops have bad customer service and are just plan rude to you and your car. This place is 5/5 stars Pablo will keep in touch with you while the work is being done to your car so you don't have to worry. My project was for my bmw 335i, I had my m3 side skirts installed and my Mtech Rear bumper installed for a great price! they matched the color and fitment perfect! If you want great service all around these guys are your number one stop! I will be coming here in the future every time for anything i need done with my car, Thanks PCC!

Excellent! No one "enjoys" needing corrective body work on their car, but no one does it better than Precision Collision. David and Angelique are superb professionals--caring, polite, efficient.

We found Precision via Yelp and contacted Pablo. He was very thorough with his estimate and gave a very itemized pricing (parts and labor) for the work that would be involved instead of lumping everything into one big $ number. So we could exactly ask for what work was to be done. For example, the accident had caused some damage to the hood as well, but this damage wasn't bad- since it was itemized with its own price, we decided to omit that work. The estimate provided was the lowest we had received. Once the work was done and we went to pick the car up, we were really pleased and pleasantly surprised with a few things. In addition to successfully completing the work we had scheduled, i.e. replacing the bumper, restoration bar, paint work/rust removals, removal of a some sharp edge on front passenger side, Pablo and his team also fixed our hood- that was not in the original work/pricing, and didn't charge us extra for this. Also the car interior was cleaned very well- again not something we had estimated or even expected. We weren't charged for this service either!! Very happy with the service we received. The only 'B' rating in this review was for the responsiveness, but this could just be circumstantial. We were trying to reach the shop over a long weekend Saturday, so this isn't a biggie. Also we were expecting a call mid-service/towards the end of service to notify us of the service being done, but didn't receive one. However, these are smaller issues and did not really have any negative impact on the work itself, and we have decided to get our our BMW convertible serviced at Precision as well. Very highly recommended!

When I stepped into the reception area of Precision Collision Center and saw the incredible collection of miniature replicas of classic cars (from the 1920’s to the present era) displayed in the glass cabinets taking up an entire wall, I got the sense that they are passionate about cars. After meeting and talking to the owner, Pablo, I realized that he is very passionate about cars, and he has the same passion when it comes to fixing cars by being meticulous with every detail and providing high quality workmanship throughout the whole repair process. All of his technicians and mechanics are certified. I had a lot of paint damage on both right passenger side doors of my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, and so I took it to two shops to get an estimate for a new paint job on just the right side and repairing a small dent. Precision provided me with a competitive price quote, and I was also pleased to learn that they only use water-based paint that is environmentally-friendly, and that they would provide me with ride to the Metro nearby if I needed it. While I was there to get a quote to repaint the passenger side doors and repair the dent, I also asked Pablo about some rust that had formed on the edge of my driver door. He asked why the door looked slightly misaligned, and I told him that I had it repaired by another shop (which will remain unnamed) about 3 years ago when the driver side door was badly damaged in an accident. He said that if it was repaired only 3 years ago, it shouldn’t have any rust yet, so he suspected that the other shop probably did not do the repairs correctly. Since I had that door repaired through my insurance 3 years ago and kept good records, he said it may still be under warranty and that my insurer might pay to have it redone correctly. Pablo’s suspicion was right. When my insurer was made aware of the problem, they sent an adjuster out to inspect the defective repairs on the driver door and authorized to have it redone at no additional cost to me. To be fair, I should mention that the shop that did the original repairs called me after they learned about the situation to ask for another chance to repair the driver door at no additional cost. Otherwise my insurer would charge them for the repairs. However, I told them that I would not be returning to them because I had lost confidence and trust in their ability to do it right. I then authorized Precision to do the necessary repairs. A week later, my car was done and the result was amazing. My 7-year old Civic looked like a new car with shiny coats of paint on both sides. My insurer would pay for the repairs associated withthe left driver side door, and I paid for repairs on the right passenger side and the small dent. Pablo also showed me the old door skin and said that the shop that did the original repairs had apparently either dented the inside of the door skin or used a damaged door skin when they did the repairs, and that my insurer had also mentioned that they have had numerous complaints from other customers about that same shop. As an added bonus for his customers, Pablo also had my car washed and the inside thoroughly cleaned. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. I would definitely return to Precision for repairs (I learned they also do mechanical work) because of their customer service, meticulous and high quality workmanship, comparable pricing, use of environmentally-friendly water-based paint, and of course, passion for cars.

My friend referred me to this body shop because my I scraped the front bumper of my high end sports car. I used to take my car to this high end body shop that deals with the likes of Ferraris. But while they did excellent job, they were very pricey. So I decided to give Precision a shot since my friend has had work to his car there and was happy with the experience. I called Pablo the owner, he told me to swing by the next day. After the estimate, I decided to repaint the hood as well as fixing the bumper since it had so many rock chips. I also ordered aftermarket carbon fiber rear diffuser for my car which they installed for me and fixed a loose sideskirt as well. The job took 2 days as he stated and I discovered that Precision Collision Center did just as good of a job as the other body shop and they were significantly cheaper. I want to add that the owner Pablo is a standout guy and will go extra mile to make you happy. I have referred to 3 of my friends and they were all satisfied as well. I highly recommend getting an estimate from this place if you need any body repairs.

The owner, Pablo was great to work with. He explained what the car needed, the fees, labor costs,etc. The customer service at Precision Collision Center is outstanding. The employees are kind. The owner is kind. They sincerely care about their clients and it shows. Once my car was fixed (And by the way, he saved me over a thousand dollars!) Pablo showed me the parts that his mechanics removed and I could see first hand the damages of the parts and why I had to have some things replaced. Also, my catalytic converter had gone up and his company replaced that also. I was impressed that they fixed the car the same day that the parts came in! Icing on the cake was that they gave my car a thorough, detailed cleaning and had it looking like new when I picked it up. I highly advise that people go to Precision when they want their cars repaired. You will not become the victim of a fast talking scammer. Instead, you will be given A+ customer service from the kindest, most hard working group of men you would ever want to encounter! I'll be sharing their information with all my friends.
