The pearl white paint had peeled off my 2010 Hyundai Sonata roof near the windshield, and the roof had started to rust in a few places. During the repair, additional original paint peeled off the roof, expanding the job. Precision Collision did the additional work while taking measures to prevent additional peeling, and charged me only the original estimate. They detailed the car which made it look new and were going to absorb the cost when I pointed out I hadn't requested the service; however, I insisted on paying one-half the cost of the detail. Precision Collision did good work, did more work that they had estimated with no cost to me, and kept me informed during the entire repair. For my next body work, I will surely return to them.

Pablo and Rob did a fine job on my Saab. They provided price estimates, worked with the insurance company to adjust those estimates, and did fine body work. I was very happy with the experience and Pablo/Rob communicated with me during the process. They were even nice enough to give me a ride to and from the metro. Thank you.

My car took a hit during the snowstorm when another car lost control. I chose to bring the work to Precision instead of going to my regular dealer. Pablo and Rob were great. They took care of the whole process and worked with the insurance guys when additional costs need to be covered. The car came back in great shape. They even detailed it. The car damage ended up all being covered by insurance but I am writing this review because I was struck by their professionalism and courtesy.

It took a while but that is only because over half of my truck was covered in hail damage. They did a great job and even asked if I wanted to touch a few things up while my truck was there. They want to provide you with the best experience possible so your vehicle is returned to you better than before. They went above and beyond in making sure my truck looked great and even detailed it before they gave it back, which was a pleasant suprise.

PABLO is the absolute best! His customer service skills are beyond amazing!! He is caring, honest, and straightforward! Your car is in great hands if you leave it at Precision. HORRIBLY. It's been over a month and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR. It's always something, and all they do is blame my insurance - and deflect to any and every reason why my car isn't ready. I have not yet seen my car to determine whether or not the quality of work is good but if ITS BAD I WILL FLIP MY ****. I'm so frustrated. My insurance is no longer covering my rental, so I'm incurring the expense while Precision Auto feeds me excuses. I'm clearly not a priority.

"Sorry you think that way. That's because you didn't took the time to understand how this process worked with your insurance. First it's was your insurance that handled your estimate. It took your insurance one week to come to the shop to approve half of the damage ( with wrong parts) that we found. I'm not blaming the insurance for this misunderstanding, I'm just explaining how thinks work when we have to deal with the insurance companies. it's sad to read this review because you know that until now we still fighting with your insurance company for something that they don't want to pay, you know your claim it's not closed and we will continue to fight your case. I understand that when we are angry we tend to take irrational decisions and do thinks like this one, but it's doesn't matter I'm a professional, I hope someday be able to help you the same way we help all our clients. It went very well. Axle was extremely helpful, including dealing with the other person's insurance company, sending the replacement parts back until they exceeded expectations and also aided getting my rental car. When I got my car back the bumper looked like it came with the car. The paint color matched perfectly. They did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again.

The first time I had my custom bumper done it surpassed my expectations. I came back for all my custom work on my car because they pay attention to details and make sure everything looks great. They really make sure the customers needs and wants are paid attention to. This is the only body shop that does work for me on my car since it's custom and they really do top class work. I know my car is in good hands at Precision whenever I want something done.

I had an accident and brought my car to Precision Collision Center based on recommendation from a friend. Mr. Argote impressed me from the moment I met him. He was very courteous and professional. He went over everything that needed to be done and his attention to detail is exceptional. When the repair was completed, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Mr. Argote's staff are just as courteous and professional as he is. They take a great deal of pride in their work and it shows. Since my first visit, I have recommended his shop to several friends and returned for professional auto detailing at a reasonable price on my new car and my 30 year vehicle. Collision Precision Center should be the benchmark for all automobile service shops.

The owner, Pablo, was very courteous and professional. He is very detailed oriented and went over everything with me that need to be done to repair my car back to it's original condition. I was very impressed with Pablo's employees, how friendly they were and how much pride they took in their work. When I picked up my car, I was extremely happy to see my pride and joy looking like it came off the show room floor. Since my first visit, I have returned for professional detailing of my vehicles and referred several friends to Precision Collision Center. I hope don't need ever need an accident repair again, but if I do, I know it will be at Pablo's.

The manager was very concerned on doing a great job as my vehicle didn't pass the MD inspection due to the conditions of the front bumper and explained to me all the work that needed to be done in order to properly repair it. They did a great job as the vehicle passed the inspection after the repairs performed by the shop.

My car was hitting in a parking lot. I decided to brought my car to Precision Collision. Since I came to Precision Collision I have gotten the BEST service, care, and advice. Really good people here that do GREAT work. Highly recommend this place - especially to all my close friends! I don't know much about cars but I trust Precison Collision. They are very knowledgeable and advises me on things I need to repair with a reasonable price. I always receive expert service, and they fixe problems other garages can't. Service is fast and reliable.
