We hired Ronal for our backsplash and I am so happy with the overall quality, service and cleanliness. They were pleasant to be around, followed our vision and followed Covid guidelines within our home. I highly recommend his services and feel as the pricing for the work was quoted well. I looked closely at his work and it’s beautiful and well done. Overall, I am so happy with his work and how the kitchen looks now. I am adding close up of the work for reference but I highly recommend his services. My only feedback to Ronal is to provide receipt of work completed. I have been trying to get one from him on multiple occasions and have yet to receive one. But other than that I am a happy customer ! Most likely will contact him in the future for future home projects.

I am extremely happy with the two projects Penate Tiles Flooring did for us a couple of months ago: tiling of an outdoor covered sun room and floor tiling + vanity of one of our bathrooms. Ronald gave a competitive quote, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. The tile was set with precision and Ronald went over which way we wanted it set, and the pattern for the tile. He cleaned up the area when he was done, overall one of the best experiences of dealing with a contractor is many years. Would highly recommend.

The work done was excellent including fixing extra issues that popped up during the renovation (leaky valve needing to be replaced) and a few extra items I needed done. He retiled 3 bathrooms and repaired a good amount of drywall within the span of a week. The work was stopped midway due to a family emergency he had but resumed with a 48 hour delay. All in all, I had a positive experience and would work with him and his team again.

Ronal was great. He arrived when he said he would, communicated if there was any delays and in general kept us informed. My new kitchen floor looks beautiful. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond even adjusting the height of the doors to accommodate the new tile floor. Was definitely one of the easiest home improvement contractors I have worked with.

Great!!! Ronal did a fantastic job making my son's bathroom look new again! One they were finished they did such a great job cleaning up that we didn't even know they were here. I will contact him again to restore my basement bathroom!!

Very well! Ronal tiled the the bathtub/shower walls and the bathroom floor, as well as the backsplash in the kitchen. He is very professional, conscientious, meticulous, and worked with us to achieve our desired outcome. We were very pleased with the results.

Ronald and his team were outstanding! Ronald scheduled a consultation for a quote on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. He was very professional and had great suggestions for the project. He definitely knows his stuff! He arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame he had proposed. He kept me informed throughout the day, and sent photos along the way. Great. Professional and great attention to detail.

Excellent job. Tile work is exceptional. Ronald and his crew are fast workers and do a great job. Ronald is very good about following up on fixing any problems, which were minor such as adjusting plumbing fixtures for example. He even found baseboard replacement that we couldn't find at Home Depot.

Ronald understood exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it by recaulking the edges of the tub. Work was well-done.

Overall, everything went extremely well! Ronal and his team were mindful of my budget and my time and were especially patient with me when the hardwood supplier lost my order which set the work back a month. The team was very careful to keep the area clean and communicated the progress of both projects throughout the process. If you're looking for someone to perform a 5-star service at a very reasonable rate, look no further. Other companies quoted me double the price for this installation. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Ronal!

I can't recommend Ronal enough. He was able to see me the same week I contacted him. Showed up on time, was very professional, and honored the price we agreed to on the phone. He charged me less then the minimum other companies would charge for any job. Would definitely hire again.

Vernon installed all the tile himself and his Dad, Gustavo came on day two. We had an idea to install the tiles vertically instead of horizontally. He did not have any problem accomodating us and they finished sealing and grouting. It looks beautiful.
