Not good, stay away.

This company was great. I had them move a VERY heavy treadmill. They arrived on time, had the right equipment for the job, and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them.

This team of men made my move a painless, stress less, almost fun experience. They were quick but efficient at the task at hand. I called them on a Wednesday move and they scheduled me in and showed up on time. We moved out of two storage units and they still charged me an amazing price. Please use these men in your future move. You won't be disappointed!

Very friendly movers. Extremely efficient and careful. Quote process was no BS, actually asking for pictures of the items. No constant nagging by brokers. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I usually don't like moving at all!

Easy to book. Quick and thorough during packing and transporting of my belongings. Driver was very informative and thorough in his communicated directions to the team on proper ways to navigate larger items on staircase. No damaged items at all.

They were impossible to contact after they received my down payment. IF YOU ADD $1,000 TO THE QUOTE YOU RECEIVE AND IT IS STILL IN YOUR RANGE, USE THEM. I WAS CHARGED $1000 MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED! IMAGINE THAT!? The workers were great besides taking more than 2 hours (paid) after finish loading until beginning to unload. Would not use or recommend this company.

They are moving brokers. At one point they told me they couldn?t find my project or proof of pick up of my items. It was an absolute nightmare.

The actual movers were great, hardworking, efficient, and polite. They securely packed up our belongings for storage with packing paper, tape, boxes, etc. The consultation/quote process was easy. My one issue was I felt like once we booked, customer service went out the window. I provided a date for picking up our furniture, which we had stored at their facility, and a tentative date for having our furniture moved to our new house. I heard nothing from our representative prior to both moving dates and had to reach out to dispatch directly. Once I did speak with dispatch I was able to book without issue, but it felt as though there was a breakdown in communication on the customer-facing side. I am relieved the process is over.

They were fantastic! Their price was the best of the three companies that I received estimates from and the entire process went so smoothly! I had read horror stories about moving companies, but everything went well. It was extra nerve-racking because I had a long distance move and they had to hold my goods for 6 days since I couldn’t move in to the new house right away, but I had no problems! There were two different crews to pack up my items and deliver my items, but both of them were wonderful and they took good care of my goods. I highly recommend this company!

Scott was wonderful from the start. He was helpful in setting up the pickup time that was good for me. The movers were on time and very professional. When delivering the clock they kept me posted on the time of the delivery

James Bradley did a great job in setting up my out of state move in a timely manner with a fair price and did follow-up. Great Nation Moving was a great experience! The movers were outstanding in packing and unpacking in a safe manner with my possessions. Movers also followed Covid19 regulations.

These guys worked tirelessly in what turned out to be a more complex move than any of us thought. They stayed positive, professional, and safeguarded our things with better care than any moving company we've used to date. I only wish I'd have found them sooner! I am not easy to impress because I am a perfectionist. But the movers from Great Nation Moving did the impossible. They impressed me like anything. I tried a lot but I couldnâ t fault them at all. The rep was coordinating the entire process. The moving team arrived on time with his helpers. Nothing was damaged or dented, not even a spot on anything. They displayed the best use of skill and experience. I am recommending this company to everyone for all kind of moving services.

After a non-moving experience with another moving company, I saw a Great Nation Moving truck and called them. Robert Inergi was my contact. When I told him I was supposed to be in GA yesterday, he put everything into motion. David the estimator came and quickly gave me an estimate. Then the crew showed up to pack and load the next day. Three days later all was delivered to my new house. The move took two 26 trucks. And all I had in breakage was a waste bin and the handles on my filing cabinet. Spectacular work. I highly recommend Great Nation Moving. Ask for Robert!

I can not dissuade you from hiring this company strongly enough. Everything was fine until our stuff was on the truck and then it flipped. The estimate was way off. Now I will take responsibility for some of that, but the driver explained to me that the estimates for basic things like beds were just not accurate. Maybe the mattress and box spring would fit that square footage, but not the rest of the bed components. Even that I was ok with. I imagine it would be the same with any company. But then I was introduced to their dispatch manager and what turns out to be the company manager (same person). There is a reason he is hidden until the end. We spoke two days before the move and he simply ignored our conversation. I don t want to say he lied because lying suggests caring. He simply does not care at all about customers, just making money. I explained to him on Tuesday before the move I would not be at the destination until Saturday at 4. We ll work with you was the response. After everything was in the truck and movers left he tells me the delivery will be between 8-10 Saturday. When I explain to him I will not be there the repose was a bullying rant about how I needed to get a lawyer, it will be $150/hr while they wait for me and I needed to get a friend or family member to receive the goods. Mind you this would only be the second time I have ever set foot in the location. Angry texts and more absolute disdain for customers getting in the way of his plans ensued. I did get a lawyer and she reviewed the contract. There is nothing anywhere I signed that discusses I would be charged if I was not at the destination at a time they dictated. It may be hidden in some tariff I never saw, but I think I could get Joe Pesci from My Cousin Vinny to successfully litigate this claim. Seriously- do you want to deal with this? It s almost like he thought I was working for him. I cannot tell you the headache and stress this caused for absolutely no reason other than this guy driven focus to make a buck over everything. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. And this is the guy in charge. Too bad- he has good people working for him who knew this was wrong but we are powerless to help. In the end, our stuff got to the destination quickly- the 2 member crew worked hard and wrapped things carefully. And I am sure I paid a fair price. But do you want to go through this?

They were a huge help in my move. The truck was packed and organized, they disassembled/reassembled items with care and wrapped delicate items. I felt they were always conscious of the time and worked very quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very impressed with the whole experience! The movers took care of our things as if they were their own. They were very professional, yet friendly, they displayed great work ethics and didn't waste a moment of time getting us into our new home. I have recommended them to everyone who asked about our move.

Our move was seamless, despite a downpour and moving at the start of the coronavirus epidemic. Rose was helpful and reassuring through the whole process and the moving crew was friendly, efficient and professional. We did have a few things that weren't well packed and ended up breaking (small nick nacks) Great Nation had us file a claim to make it right. We would use Great Nation again and recommend them to friends.
