Our Rockville auto repair shop is located in Montgomery County conveniently by Twinbrook Metro. Whether you are traveling from Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, Bethesda, or Potomac, Maryland, our Certified ASE master technicians successfully perform work on your foreign or domestic car with state of the art computerized technology. Description of Work: They were so nice when I spoke with them. They seemed very professional. They first gave me a reasonable price then, everyday they would call me to tell me they found something new and the price went up a thousand dollars!! I thought they did a good job when I picked up my car. ( What do I know about Auto work). Three days later I backed my car into a pole!! I took it too National Auto Body in Rockville. They told me that the people who fixed my car did a lousy job They just covered up the wreckage. I will NEVER use GILIS again. GO to NATIONAL AUTO BODY. They are very professional and the price was right.

I’m surprised at the customer's response and comments, our entire team worked very hard to accommodate the customer from the start to the completion of the job. This includes us bring the vehicle from another shop that was going to charge the customer an enormous fee, and keep her vehicle in the shop for a very long time. Since this repair was initiated and paid directly by customer, our shop is obligated to call the customer with any additional repair charges, we don’t believe in surprising the customer with additional fees when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. The shop manager went out of his way to find a Rear Bumper cover that was back ordered for months from the manufacture in Germany. The vehicle was repaired in accordance to our high standards; which exceeds many of our competing shops, we employ technicians with “I Car” certifications, using quality “Water born” paint. We encourage our customer to ask questions if they don’t understand any of the procedures or repairs we do for their vehicles, we don’t cut corners on repairs, and we find it offensive that a customer who is not knowledgeable in Autobody repairs to contemplate our work methods based on the say so of another Autobody repair shop. I highly doubt that the repair done at National equals our repair and standards. We take pride in our exceptional customer service, and strive to satisfy our entire customer family from the smallest job to the most extensive one. Our customer reviews are a testament to the quality repairs we do, and the pride we take in our repairs. When the customer picked up her vehicle it was dark and just started to rain, in parting with the customer, our Autobody manager informed her, as we do with all our customers, we guarantee our repairs, and we stand behind our work, anything that is not done to the customer’s satisfactions is taken care of immediately, and with courtesy. The vehicle was picked up by the customer on January 16th 2013, and we have not heard any response from her regarding the quality of our work since. I respect and disagree with the customer's comments; I welcome her to review the photos we took during the repair of her vehicle, to see the extant of the repair, and the care we took to get her vehicle in pre accident condition.

Description of Work: I originally took my car to the dealer as they were the only place open on Saturday. OURISMAN HONDA told me that there were two things wrong and that one of them would cost $6000! On Monday, I took it to Gilis. They were thorough and explained the problems. The immediate problem was fixed--at 1/2 the price of the dealer. The more expensive problem was quoted as $2500-3000 but was not immediately necessary. I feel confident in their opinion. They were very patient in explaining the problems to both me and my husband.

Description of Work: After I got proposal from others with conclusion for the noises in my left wheel was that I have to replace ex of the wheel . I came to GILI'S he checked the car and told me that I need to replace screw that hole it. He evaluated immodestly the problem and gave professional solution for that.
