Gili's always does a great job. It is easy to schedule work and drop off the car after hours if need be. They have great customer service, and their prices are better than the repair shop at the dealership. You can tell that Gili's prides itself on its reputation and customer loyalty. They are honest and don't try to sell you unnecessary services. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

by We dropped the car off the prior day and they called me around mid morning with an assessment of the problem. Recommended replacing a broken rear strut and replacing all the brake pads and rotors. Also repaired a headlight and recommended some replacing of transmission fluid along with some other odds and ends. I elected not to do the transmission fluid, but did the major repairs. We piicked up the vehicle and all appeared repaired. Later we noticed loud squeaking when driving a low speed and checking the shocks when parked. I also noticed that about 1/2 tank of gas was gone as well. I did not write down the mileage when I dropped of the car which I regret now. We called the following day and discussed the two problems. They welcomed bringing the car back for them to look at which we did and they greased up one of the suspension joints in the rear suspension which fixed the problem. There was no closure on the mileage issue. The car has been handling great since and I am undecided about returning for future repairs.

It went well. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. He let me stay with him while he did the work. These guys are very trustworthy, however the price is a little steep. I used the angie's list coupon to get a decent deal on the alignment.

That was five years ago when I found him on Angie's List. They are honest. They don't do things that don't need to be fixed.

Car was serviced correctly and on time. I thought the price for these services was a little high based on my previous experiences with this shop but was not more than the dealer would have charged for working on this high performance vehicle. If you are an AAA member be sure to remind them to give you your discount. This was the first time they worked on this particular vehicle but I have had them work on two of my other vehicles. I am now bringing all my work to them.

This is a twenty year old Ford truck and everything that they replaced was original equipment and needed it. The prices for replacing the shocks and replacing the door ajar switch were much better than those quoted to me by my tire dealer who recommended these two services when I had the tires changed. I started bringing this vehicle to Gili's after 3 unsuccessful attempts by Merchant's Tire to fix a brake fluid leak followed by two failures by a Ford dealer to correct the same problem. That was a frustrating nightmare. Gili's fixed my brake problem right the first time and for a fair price. I have been bringing my truck back to them ever since.

We have 4 cars and Gili's Automotive services all of them. My daughter had run over a nail and did not realize it, so she drove on it for awhile, therefore, the tire could not be patched. However, Gili's guys called and had a new tire delivered and changed it while I waited for the car! It was easy, quick and inexpensive!

Gili and his staff were professional, prompt, and courteous. Not the cheapest way to change a sensor, but it was done right and quick and I had a good customer experience.

Gili and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. Mike took me through step by step all the needed repairs and was very patient with all of the questions from a curious car owner who wants to know as much as possible about the process. Gili scheduled me and was attentive and knowledgeable about previous conversations that I had with Mike. Ernie gave me a ride to work which was about five miles away! I would definitely recommend them for their patience and professional.

They were okay. They were responsive. They put the windshield wipers all wrong. They didn't replace them.

They were fine and timely. There were additional fees because my car takes more quarts of oil. The cost was around $70 which came as a surprise. They got me in and out within an hour and a half. They were service oriented so I didn't have any issues though.

They were great to work with because even though my Big Deal didn't exactly work with my problem they were still kind enough to let me use the Big Deal.

Everything went well. The service was convenient, they did a thorough job, and they were very professional during the project.

I ended up going back and forth on which side actually needed work done. My mechanic told me that it was the left side but Gili's kept saying that it was the right side. I finally just gave up and took it to Sear's and they just fixed no problem at all. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

It went extremely well. They serviced my vehicle quickly and after verifying no work was needed, they sent me on my way in less than a hour (no charge). Their mechanics are very competent.

We bought the Big Deal prior to work done on the vehicle, but the service was already scheduled so they would not honor the voucher.

I didn't end up getting all the work done that was needed because I ended up just trading in that car and getting a new one. They always give A-plus service. I highly recommend them. It's high quality service and they're professional.

It was easy to make an appointment. Rick, who runs the front desk, was friendly and professional. After the 30 point inspection/oil change service on my 1999 Toyota Solara with a milage greater than 156,000, I was presented with a list of suggested repairs. I could hear there was a problem with my car's muffler, so knew this needed to be done. As far as the rest of the repairs, I trusted their honesty since I used Gili's in the past for a difficult exhaust system repair. At that time, and this time as well, Rick explained everything to me in a respectful manner. He gave me his educated opinion and was not pushy. I agreed to the repairs and the service was done. I was told that Gili's apprentice was doing the repairs. Afterward, Rick took me back in the shop to show me and to explain to me what was done. The only reason I gave them a B rating in quality is because during the week after the repairs a creaky sound from underneath my car became progressively worse. It was a little scary. I took it back to Gili's to investigate. I was told the bushings needed to be lubricated, which they took care of. I attributed this to the work of the apprentice. The next time I will ask who is working on my car. If it is an apprentice, I will be sure to insist that an expert inspect the work before I pay for the repairs.

Fair price. Left it there all day and had to pick it up the following day because it took time to get the right parts. Very happy with the work. Definitely a return customer.
